The bus was scorching hot. The information system stopped after 2 stops it didn't do the full route. Two of family had to get off as it was too hot. We stayed on and nothing improved. A waste of money. I will never use again. We have done hop on hop off in 10 countries never a problem. Wish we had used them in Budapest.

We have been on hop on hop off buses in every new city we visit and this one was only middle of the road. The route was great, the bus was clean but only three stars because the audio was fair, at times it was out of sync with the location and every so often it would randomly switch languages. It does the job but not spectacular

absolutely miserable. The guidance played from the tape is qualitatively and almost underground poor in terms of information content. Charging almost 40 euros for this is audacious. As a provider, I would be ashamed of the quality and level of this service.

Always do a HOHO bus when we are on holiday. There is an opportunity to increase the interesting information given there were alot of silence. Some of the recordings appeared to be cut off at the beginning which meant you missed information. The staff were super friendly and the drivers we clearly very experienced as the traffic they had to navigate was pretty intense.

The bus was a good way to see the city even on a cold and rainy day. The time waiting for the bus was reasonable. The only issue was pick up point was changed at one of the stops so we missed the bus and had to wait for another.

Audio guides either not working or out of sync with locations. It becomes the most expensive bus and boat ride. Surrounded by other passengers scrolling on their phones because they don’t have a Scooby what we’re seeing either.

We're spending a lot of time finding stops, it's superbly inappropriate. We took 3 days, what a stupidity because one day is enough because the bus has a roof and we do not ride in the open air as elsewhere, in short we move much better by bus or metro or tram especially as it is free from 65 years old!

We were not notified in time of the closure of many stops due to the national holiday. The bus did not go up to the top of Buda so you have to go on foot or by another cystose means. On the way back we waited 1 hour at Buda stop to return to Pest. Money wasted on a few stops

Interesting guide showed around Pest for nearly 2 hours. Very knowledgable started at St Stephens basilica ( outside only) but went back next day to see inside which was stunning. Memorial on the banks of the Danube was very poignant to see sixty pairs of shoes, before heading round the Parliament building. Also saw Mr Bean’s Teddy on what used to be the British Embassy building!
