There were some issues that seemed out of their control, road closures, traffic. I would think they would know about the closures and adjust. They did decide to go back to starting point and allow us to change routes. We were also in one bus that had a nauseating ammonia smell coming from the vents. We had to get off. I informed the driver.

Great tour and very friendly and helpful tour staff! Ebenezer Keuguep - helped us with scanning tickets and getting our party of nine on a bus efficiently and cheerfully with a wheelchair and two walkers. Brandon B and Joe were our wonderful driver and guest relations staff on the bus. They chatted with us while at a route stop and made sure all our party got back on the bus. We would do that again!

Tyrika Kale was our driver, and boy, did she do a great job driving defensively, especially when a big white truck left turned across our lane in front of us! She kept her cool and delivered us safely to the next sight to see. We all (4 sisters)loved the tour and enjoyed seeing the city which was full of motorcycle riding police officers who were honoring fallen companions. Big Bus tours are a great way to see our Capitol.

Be more specific about where you can catch the bus. The website eluded to the bus still stopped at Union Station! It doesn't! Sharia, on the Red Line, was EXTREMELY helpful getting us squared away. Give that lady a raise!

2 points for the audio guide and the nice bus drivers and helpers. Otherwise unfortunately not good: The transition point "1" from red to blue route your moved to point "6", but without any information!! Why does the app offer an info button when not in use? Quite a lot of the ports for the audio guide did not work. Fortunately, the buses were not so crowded, so we were able to transfer. But the unpleasant thing was that the buses were extremely late and the display about the course of the buses worked only moderately. So unfortunately we missed Arlington Cemetery, even though we were traveling with the start at 9:30 a.m. You also want to use the meaning of hop on, hop off and get out in between and watch something..... Tip: Competition from Trolleytours had many more buses in use. And the end time is set at 5:30 p.m. Otherwise, some stations have the last bus leaving at 4:30 p.m.
