It was difficult to decide when the next bus was coming if you got off. We walked a lot of the tour.

Way too overcrowded. Clearly oversold tickets with no care or concern. Second bus driver did not care how many were crowded in. People were sitting on steps and near front door/driver.

Was great experience. Really need two day. Would be really helpful to flag that tickets need to be reserved for most of the museums. My fault but I somehow missed this. Excellent drivers who went the extra mile for patrons. Some of the headphone units did not work or were stuck on low volume.

So far it’s not amazing, we have enjoyed the freedom to stay as long as we want at one stop and then get back on, sometimes they are crowded sometimes not. It is way more convenient than finding parking at every few locations.

It was confusing to catch the bus initially. I didn’t know that the bus starts out of Union Station. And also I think I should have been informed to download the app to have a better experience.
