This was a good way to get around Rome inexpensively. The only criticism is that the ticketing should automatically include the night tour and free gelato. We didn’t realize that separate tickets had to be downloaded for the included night tour free gelato in our package. We almost missed the night tour because we didn’t realize we had to schedule that a day in advance and download that ticket separately from the bus passes. And we missed the free gelato because the same reason and then there were no more scheduled opportunities for the free gelato once we realized what we had to do.

Honestly the stops for this buses are pretty far from the actual destination. So you don't get to really see much. The day we actually got on we only took it to go to Vatican and the walk to the station and to the museum was super far so I ended up having to take a cab back. And come to find out the station 3 which is the coliseum was out of order. Waste of two days money.

They over book the buses and the queues to get on a bus are frustrating. No order, people yelling, bus man yelling back. We waited in line and three busses later still couldn’t get on standing in 35° heat with no chance of getting on. Just gave up. Have done this bus tour in every city we visit and this so far is the most disappointing and unorganized company ever here in Rome Do not use. The other company’s seemed organized.

A great way to to get an overall quick view of everything in fast, drive-by mode. We got on, sat in the top and knew we were simply going to of the full circle. We did and got a "lot" of great pics. We were tired by the time we got to Roma and this just simply fitted the bill. Toured many of the city highlights and sat on our butts. lol

It was a very good trip to take my 83 year old grandmother. We did not get off the bus. The audio was easy to hear and understand. We really enjoyed the tour. We only got one set of ear buds for the two of us, which was hard.

The tour is not worth the money. It doesn't get near much. Not their fault the things you want to see are not streetside. The bus spends too much time at each stop trying to verify tickets. I watched the bus operator close the backdoor on a girl trying to assist her handicap father with the ramp because he had not verified her ticket. There were much better ways to handle this than smashing her purposefully in the door. The audio plays grossly loud music in between the explanations of the area and then you can barely hear the explanations because the audio is too soft. There is so much to see but you have no clue what you are looking at because the tour only explains a few things as it drives quickly by each sight. Only worth maybe 10$ vastly over priced. I wish I had my money back.

Great way to see Rome! Never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. The app is great for telling bus locations.

If you like sitting in traffic jams listening to a recording about the Forum while staring at Termini station then being "informed" at length about the wonderful food court inside, this is the trip for you.

I bought a multi day pass. On day 1 I rode the loop to see the entire city. The following days I used the hop on and hop off feature to get close to all the sights.

The first bus of the morning arrived 35 minutes late. having done the golf cart tour the day before this was sadly disappointing. I typically like to do a hop on hop off with big bus, but in Roma, I would not waste the time. The buses can’t get to the sections that you really wanna be able to see and you’re probably better off either doing it by foot or with a golf cart.
