One of our favorite companies to use when we are visiting a new city. The information that they provide is always concise and colorful about the local area. I suggest you buy it online prior to arrival and you will get better price points.

Bus was crowded an in some stops had to wait because was full. The nice thing was it took us around to get an idea of the areas to visit later on, the loops are not that long maybe less than 2 hours Singapore has a good safe and clean subway to get around

We waited a long time for busses that had room for us. Otherwise, the bus route was adequate. Singapore is an interesting city.

I received an email stating "This is not your entry ticket..." "We will send an E-voucher one day before the travel date via email." I received nothing, so I asked twice to VIATOR about that E-voucher timely and VIATOT sent me a bar code voucher. I did show that barcode voucher to the bus driver he told me that it was not good. Thus, despite I asked to buy other two two-day ticked, he sold me 24-hour tickets that were good for only 8-hr 31-min because the rest of the time the busses were not operating. Interesting way to do business to say the less.

The actual tour itself was very good and informative. The tour covers a great cross section of the city of Singapore. Drivers were a little crass and sometimes even abrupt. I understand there may be a language barrier but they are the only personal contact that a tourist r counters.

You need to do both yellow and red lines as one is the scenic tour the other through the districts is the interesting and historical part. Commentary a bit staid not as much information imparted as on other big bus trips and also commentary not in sync at times with landmarks it needs stopping and starting better.

Same as every other hop on hop off bus in a big city. It’s a great way to get around and take it all in.

It was only OK. You could of been on any bus going round the streets. We paid for the red route, did not inspire us to go on the yellow route and we saw people queing for the night time tour but it was still broad day light, so unsure how all the fireworks worked out. Been on the same tours in other places with more significant land marks and far more to see.
