Travel along two carefully planned routes aboard a modern, fully electric bus fleet, offering a quiet, smooth ride and a more sustainable way to explore the city. On board, enjoy audio commentary, free Wi-Fi, and the freedom to hop on and off as often as you like.
Selected tickets can be combined with additional experiences such as a guided walking tour, a Danube river cruise, or a ride on Vienna’s iconic Giant Ferris Wheel.

5.00What a great bus trip. The driver wasn’t in a hurry and was smooth, the narration (audio) was clear, the headphones worked (yippee) and we had good fill in information between stops. We had good seats at the top and we could take great photos out of the windows. Thankyou Amed H for selling us the tickets. You took your time to explain to us the advantages.

4.00We purchased the 48 hour ticket prior to arriving in Vienna and downloaded the App in readiness. There was a small saving for booking on-line. Buses ran to time in accordance with the published schedule and the App made it easy to see when and where next bus was arriving (once we had got our head around the App!). Unfortunately, during the first part of our journey the bus was joined by a large group of Italians who persisted in talking loudly and yelling across the bus to each other, not engaging with the on-board audio commentary. Similarly, another group joined the bus on one of our later journeys and although these people were using the headphones they believed it right and proper to shout to each other to hear over their fitted headphones. This is not a reflection on the bus company as they have no control over the passengers who join their tours but it is a sad indictment of ignorant people spoiling the enjoyment of others. One comment would be that on the Red Route there did seem to be an awful lot of Viennese waltz music which is GREAT in small doses but after a while begins to GRATE. The routes the buses took along with the on-board commentary gave a great overview of Vienna and with the stop offs enabled us to see all the sights we wished to.

1.00We had to change our itinerary due to change in riverboat because of low water and I sent a message 12 hours prior to time of departure and was never answered I asked if we could CHANGE the date of the tour by 24 hrs and I was told no changes within 24 hrs no exceptions very disappointing I did not want a refund just move the date forward 1 day

5.00We had purchased the 48 hr package and made great use of it. The Big Bus App is so helpful when planning your day. The drivers were very adept at navigating the narrow streets and heavy traffic. We enjoyed the commentary via the headphones while we travelled on both the Blue and the Red Lines

5.00There were two different routes to go on, and there are different languages of guidance, unfortunately not in Swedish. You get to go around town and visit many attractions. The buses run relatively often and kept time well.
