Positives: We got to see some beautiful buildings / scenery, and learned a thing or two. Not-so-positives: The bus was rather warm and uncomfortable (a bit like a greenhouse, which I know is not easy for the operator to control); The commentary was repeated several times throughout (although this may have been because of traffic and / or diversions); My partner found the headphones to be a little uncomfortable (mine were fine). All in all, it gave us what we wanted given we were only in the city a short time, and we'd have probably enjoyed it more had we had the time to hop off as well as on.

We always do a Big bus hop on hop off tour in whichever city we visit and this one does not disappoint.

Great if you only have one day to spend in Vienna. I saw so much!

I only heard good reviews; but here is the reality: The buses start too late and finish too early. Also infrequent at just 1 every 1/2 an hour. lose half the day . because they end before 5pm you woll end up being stuck at final location… much better to just get 1 day local transport pass..

Glad I did this because I would have missed so much just wandering on my own. My only complaint was the upper front windows was so dirty you couldn't take decent pictures.

Always love to ride the Hop On and Off buses. The audio narrative in multiple languages was good. Great way to see an overview of a city. Wish the buses ran at night, yet they don’t.

It’s a wonderful way to see Vienna. We rode on both the blue and red and really enjoyed the day. Be sure and get on top if you can.

I've always appreciated these buses, wherever I've been. You get to see all the important landmarks and get good information. So even on this tour, but the sound on the recording was beneath contempt. Yeah, they love Mozart. So it has put music between ifon. It's way too high! So the whole trip I sit and fiddle with the sound. Up when it's info and down when the hysterically loud music comes. Besides, the female voice is not pleasant to listen to. Slightly falsetto-like and again the volume is unbearably uneven on the audio loop.

Got the 9.30am bus after purchasing my €39 ticket from a friendly Irish gentleman who was courteous, informative and a good salesman. The bus left on time and initially was not full but gradually got busier as we progressed. The pre recorded journey/ tour information was interesting and entertaining, the free headphones and language selection was helpful. The driver was professional and safe and there was not much traffic on the roads/ route. The bus was electric and so it was very quiet and clean inside . This is the best way to see and introduce oneself to a new city if your visit is a short one . I have used this company in other cities around the world and have always been impressed/ satisfied.
