They sold me a ticket I could not use then gave me directions that don’t exist I did the live chat and they told me to walk to a location to catch the bus But there was no way for me to attend

Enjoyed the experience. We recommend being on the upper floor for a good perception of the environment.

Positive part: Nice ability to see the city, good flexibility to get in and out and use Red & Blue roads. Negative: * About half of the bus time was spent playing music. This time could be used to provide more meaningful information. The content that was provided was repetitive (the same points were mentioned multiple times) and not deep or engaging enough for someone who wants to actually learn, not just get a basic tourist overview. * It was extremely hot on the second floor (and you don't see much on the 1-st floor). Why don’t the buses have air conditioning?

I do a hop on/hop off bus tour in every city that I tour. This bus tour is great because with one ticket, you get access to both routes….one route keeps you within the city center, the other takes you to the outskirts, including past Schoenbrunn Palace.

We could not find where to get on the bus (for this evening’s tour), thus missing the tour COMPETELY by 2 minutes…we watched it drive away (and it was virtually empty).

Preferred the red route to the blue where there were many great architectural buildings. It was a really hot day, so the covered area up top helped!

The lady selling the tickets "Stella" was super helpful and spoke better English than us (though we're Scottish, so.....) she also gave fantastic advice on service sausage to get (the one with cheese) and where to get off the bus for the Ferris Wheel. We had a fantastic time doing both the red and blue lines and can certainly recommend the tour.
