I always enjoy taking the big bus—it’s definitely worth it! You can sit comfortably while seeing the most important parts of the city. And of course, it’s a great opportunity to take photos from an elevated view too

The 2 tours were excellent the only concern was that there are 2 companies conducting hop on hop off bus tours and people kept sending us to the wrong one. Directions need to be clearer.

Great way to see the city. I wish it did not stop at 4 and 4:30 ..... but its worth it. The information about the city is interesting and gives you insight on what you are seeing.

Great experience. We took a bus from the stop 1 and jumped off at museums and then jumped back on to see some other things. The recording was very informative and interesting - we’ve learned a lot. But the best of all was Julian who sold us out tickets - a very nice and accommodating guy - made great experience even better! All in all it was time and money well spent!

Wish they had told us more specifically that, yes, out price (over $100 euros) does include the Shorn. Palace, but it’s a basic entry and in order to get to the “good stuff” requires a timed ticket with additional cost. It’s very confusing how to get to the palace on the bus and the commentary is confusing as well. We bought our ticket by the Votiv church so I felt like we got sold a bill of goods—not good.

The red route was much better than the blue route. Had more things to see. The blue route was good to get to Schonbrunn palace

It was a complete waste of time and money. Day 1, we waited over and hour and half for a bus that never showed up. By the time we walked to another stop, it was too late to take advantage of any hop offs, thus I couldn't use my Vienna card discounts. Day 2, the bus had an accident and we had to exit. Waited over an hour and half for the replacement bus. By this time it was to late to even finish the tour, let along utilize hop off to use discounts. No refund or compensation offered.

We did both the full red and blue loops Aside for convenience to train station and stop at the palace the BLUE route was pretty much a waste of time the RED route had multiple stops and a bit more commentary This bus is great for seeing the sights but not necessary getting a lot of information The staff without exception were extremely good and willing to help

The Red bus route was the better of the 2 routes with more things to see in my opinion. obviously. It was nice to sit and see the sites after walking 60000 steps.
