This is the tour you want to take on the big island, our guide Leon shared history and insight with us and took us to local places that were unique and memorable. He is an outstanding driver, and the van is clean and well-appointed.
Ohana Tours is the way to go!

We had an amazing day. Tour was well organized. Leon, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, funny and kept us busy with all his interesting stories and educational content. We felt very safe with his great driving skills. We visited some local shops as well and ate amazing malasada. We will definitely contact them again when we plan to come back to visit.

Ohana tours, Leon was an amazing guide. My husband and I enjoyed touring the island’s highlights, the volcano, black sand beach, chocolatier and cookie factory, Miranda’s coffee farm, water falls. A very well 10 hour spent. The lunch spot was very tasty! Also Aviator was top notch in communication.

Our guide, LEON, was amazing! He was funny, interesting, told history, taught us the veggitatiation, etc. Great driver too! Pros: Funny knowledgable guide They pick you up from your hotel as long as your hotel allows it. All the stops you need to see to see HI, HI The drive back displays a lot of great land features Cons: I thought we were going to hike on the volcano for longer. I think traffic might have made us shorten up the time at stops. Coffee shop is not a farm tour.

We had an amazing day with Leon and Ohana Tours exploring the Big Island. They curated the perfect day with an all day excursion to two waterfalls, volcano national park, Big Island Candies, Black Sand beach and a Kona coffee farm. Leon was one of the best guides we’ve ever had on any trip. He is so knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate about his job. Also, this was the most luxurious travel experience we’ve had in tours around the world with a new Mercedes van. We will absolutely use Ohana tours and Leon again on our next visit.
