Explore the Natural Bioluminescence in La Parguera! On your tour of the Bioluminescent Bay in La Parguera, you will be amazed by a truly unique natural spectacle: **Bioluminescent Display:** As you enter the bay, the water will glow with a magical light. This phenomenon is caused by dinoflagellates, microscopic organisms that emit light when disturbed, creating a brilliant and magical blue-green glow. **Luminescent Effects:** You will see how every movement in the water triggers a radiant effect that spreads and shines around you, creating a fascinating light show that appears to float on the surface. Disappointed. Several of us were very ill and tried to cancel but got no answer and couldn't figure out how. We did reach the people who ran the trip but they said they had no control over it and didn't tell us how ot cancel.

Trust Maria when she says what you see can vary day-to-day. We’ve gone twice, each different in how you see them but worth it. Great operation.

So much fun on the chilibikes and incredibly magical experience. Wear water shoes and shorts you don’t mind getting wet. Also try to take a water protection pouch for your phone so you can bring it with you and it stays secure, but honestly pictures can’t capture the bioluminescence appropriately, you have to experience it. Between being able to be under the stars without light pollution and the firefly like effect the bioluminescence creates under the water, no other boating experience will even come close. And the guides are wonderful and knowledgeable!!

The company is wonderful, the customer service excellent, the equipment Excellent, but the bio factor was low. Weather makes a big difference they told us when we arrived. If cool weather not much to be seen. Best to research. We liked the chill bike idea. Just not much bio action.

Once in a lifetime experience! The guides were informative and kind. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and the bioluminescent bay is magical. The bikes are unique and pretty easy to maneuver. The only let down was per new laws swimming is no longer allowed.

So cool, what a great experience. Cool weather after rain resulted in less glow so we will have to come back in warmer months to see the really bright glow. Peddling on the Chillyboats was fun and easy!
