  My wife and I went during our 10th Anniversary trip and really enjoyed this class, she took the time to explain every step of the process and had us join. The food was top notch when we finished and we alsl were givin a bad that had the recipes and and tea towels and biscuit cutters as well.

  My daughter and I spent a wonderful morning on this adventure to celebrate the end of her chemo treatments. We both are from south Louisiana and love to cook. Given that, we still picked up some very useful new tips. We took part in creating a tasty brunch and consuming the fruits of our labor. The meal was not only a taste delight, the company and chatting along the way was equally delightful. We would very much recommend spending a morning on this adventure to anyone.

We stumbled across Chef Regina’s biscuit-making class while Googling from the sofa... and in that moment, the decision was made. Natchez it was. What unfolded in Regina’s Kitchen was nothing short of sacred. Yes, we learned how to make biscuits—flaky, golden, soul-hugging biscuits.   It was the highlight of our girlfriend trip. Regina is a delight, and her recipes outstanding. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The brunch was delicious, and everyone walks out with all her recipes they just enjoyed eating and the knowledge of how to re-create her world-famous biscuits.
