The Black Forest is a beautiful place in Germany with many beautiful shops and cafes to visit. The Cuck-Coo Clocks are beautiful and display great German quality craftsmanship. The Rhine Falls is simply amazing and on a nice day it’s definitely worth a boat ride to get up close and personal with the rush of the falls!

Lots of fun. Our tour guide and bus driver were great. The cuckoo clock lesson is about 10 minutes, and then you get to explore the town on your own. I would recommend!

All in all we had a fine time. We would have loved more time in the Black Forest to hike around. We also thought the clock shop was more of seeing how they are made, like a factory. IMstead it felt like a really long drive to a clock shop that just wants you to buy a clock. While, they don't pressure you and they do give a great explanation on how the clocks are made, we were hoping for more. The boat ride at the falls was great. We are glad we did it, just wished for more.

Titisee is a nice little resort town in Germany, cure and touristy. Stay away from the Cafe und Brauhaus Zur Muhle, the first big restaurant on the right heading into town. The rudest anti-tourist reception a person could get. There was no one to greet us for a table, so I found a waitress to ask if I should’ve sit to be seated, she heard us speaking English, made a face, said something rude, and went to the kitchen to hide. Oddly enough, my husband speaks German. Go down the road to the Bistro Zum See. Wonderful welcoming people and food. When you go to the Rhine Falls, take the boat. Trust me, it’s fun.
