Slovenia is brimming with beauty — from the charming cobblestoned lanes of Ljubljana to the natural allure of the Alps. This private one day trip gives a ‘greatest hits’ of the country, visiting the jaw-dropping Lake Bled and Bohinj located inside Triglav National Park, and then discovering the town of Škofja Loka, one of the oldest towns in the country. Great experience with personalized attention from the guide.

All interested in some white water action can join a rafting experience on the fresh waters of the Sava Dolinka river (optional)! Swimming ability, swimsuit, and a towel are required, everything else is provided by our rafting partners!

IMPORTANT:

- Vintgar Gorge is closed during Winter season (optional alternative - Savica waterfall: 3 € / person)

- Rafting on the Sava river takes place instead of the visit of the Lake Bohinj. Activity is subjected to the weather and a minimum number of applicants at the rafting operator.

Absolutely amazing tour. Klemen was fantastic and super friendly. The tour is what you make it at the spots. Theres something for everyone, whether its hiking, swimming, rowing, or strolling around places.

Excellent trip; difficult for us to believe all we saw in just one day. There were 8 of us on the trip (a few solo travellers & a few couples) and each of us particiapted in slightly different ways, choosing various alternative ways to spend our free time, and also taking in some of the bigger sights as a group. For example - I really wanted to swim in Lake Bled (I was the only one); and thrilled when our guide drove me to a littel beach, far from where the others were dropped off, so I could have this opportunity. Our guide was excellent; friendly, knowledgable and knew his stuff! Thank you for a very memorable and enjoyable experience in beautiful Slovania!

Great guide Ivan. He provided a lot of regional insight as well as knowledge about the various sites we visited. New clean van but cramped for 8 plus driver - it was a challenge getting in and out for 6 foot tall folks. You need to get the next size up to give more room and comfort. It was a full day and very enjoyable.

Jan was a great guide. We were lucky enough to just be the two of us in this trip! He is very knowledgeable and a good driver, he also took precautions if you suffer of car sickness due to all the rounds in mountain roads. Overall it was a great experience and I reccomend it to everyone (:

My husband and I went on the full day tour of Bled & Bohinj lakes which also included the Vintgar Gorge, Bled Castle and the Pletna Boat Ride. Our guide was superb. Very fluent in English, during the drive, he shared a lot of information on Slovenia and the locations we were visiting. Because the weather forecast called for torrential rain later in the day, our guide adjusted our itinerary so that we could walk the Vintgar Gorge before the rain began. He also picked us up close to the exit of the Vintgar Gorge walk saving us a long walk back. Fortunately, we were able to finish most of our sightseeing before the rain started. We ate at a traditional Slovenian restaurant during the rain. Because of the rain, we could not do the Skofja Loka walking tour but our guide made the best of a rainy day. We would highly recommend this tour.

We had a very good driver and knowledgeable guide who took us to the sites and was very attentive and went out of his way to even recommend some great Slovenian wines and great brunch place near our hotel. Borut is friendly, helpful, knowledgable and provided good information. We had a very enjoyable day at Bled and Bohinj with a taste of this really nice but decadent kremsnita at the castle.

The breathtaking beauty of lake Bled and the castle was remarkable. It was all day adventure including stop in Lublyana. The guide Stephen was great and informative, everything went smoothly and nicely organized. Advice for travelers who is qualified to ask for senior discounts when buying admission tickets to castle and else. You can save 30%. Generous rule from Slovenian government.
