Everything is beautiful. The ladies at reception are warm and welcoming, the atmosphere is clean and calm. Massage was perfect. Definitely recommend and I will be back! Cảm ơn!

Absolutely amazing experience - beautifully calming. Cindy is so professional and welcoming, making the experience feel very special indeed. Emma did the treatment and was the kindest and most gentle lady - always checking I was ok. I could not have had a nicer afternoon! Well recommended if you are in Hanoi - you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely experience at Serene, from the moment we walked in the door the staff were so welcoming. Han Lan was amazing, very skilled and professional. I had the body scrub, massage and facial package. Wonderfully relaxing way to spend the afternoon.

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday after arriving in Hanoi, and I was amazed! The receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere immediately put me at ease. I had a full-body relax massage, and it was fantastic. Since my flight is only tomorrow, I came back today to another branch – and it was just as perfect. Honestly, the best massage I’ve had in years. Helena is truly amazing. I feel completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!
