Greatest experience directly after arriving in Vietnam. Anna was very gentle with the skin and gave the best massage whike the face mask was working. Best way to start a travel!

Highly recommend! This place felt very professional. When I first entered, I was immediately greeted by Cindy the receptionist, she explained the treatment very well and had such an inviting aura. Then, I got a head spa and pedicure done by therapist Mina. She had such amazing techniques, and kept checking in to ensure the treatment was to my liking. The treatment exceeded my expectations 🤩 Would definitely ask for Mina again next time 😼 100% the best spa you can find in the old quarter

We came here as a birthday treat for myself after traveling for a few weeks and the staff at Serene Spa left me feeling as new. They even went above and beyond and did a little birthday cake surprise for me. That was lovely! Thank you to Kai for his hospitality and to Susan for her excellent care.

Absolutely amazing experience - beautifully calming. Cindy is so professional and welcoming, making the experience feel very special indeed. Emma did the treatment and was the kindest and most gentle lady - always checking I was ok. I could not have had a nicer afternoon! Well recommended if you are in Hanoi - you won’t be disappointed!
