I have to be honest, we did this excursion in August 2025, and I feel like I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. For 80 euros per person, we got a taxi-driver on a speed-boat, who very reluctantly drove us to all the indicated locations. When you arrived to each location, he would just say, "Get off, this is this, and we will leave in 20 minutes". He was supposed to provide us with snorkeling equipment, but it was never offered. Sometimes he would say we'd stay at the beach for 30 minutes, but after 10 minutes, he'd say we had to leave. Sometimes it was a short 10-minute stay, but he would extend it to 40 minutes. You would never knew whether to believe him or not, whether to go swimming peacefully or not because he might just leave and leave you. It was really confusing, until today we wonder if he was improvising, or if he did not remember the schedule of the stops. When we were coming back the sea was already a little rougher so you would get really wet on the boat, which is understandably normal, but the driver kept accelerating. This also made people not only get soaked, and all our things soaking wet too, but also fall off their seats from the speed, hitting themselves with the sides of the boat, we had to hold on to each other, at one point it was even scary. One of the girls complained about it and the driver's response was "change seats or hold on tighter, I'm not going any slower." He was really rude. Once back in Vlore, they will stop you when you get off the boat, saying " Do you have your cell phone with you, give it to me" and they will give themselves five stars. I saw them doing it with other people and when they came to ask for my phone I told them I had it at the bottom of my bag. They insisted a lot to me and my boyfriend but we told them we had to go, and they let us go shouting "give us 5 stars." The truth is the places are beautiful, yes, but the staff and their ways ruined the experience for us.

For the price, this tour is okay. It went much longer than expected (nearly 10 hours). You should know, you should be very comfortable in a boat (a small zodiac, close to the ocean and rough in open waters). It’s a lot of one beach, spot, next beach, stop. The distance is a lot further than you’d expect. In the 10 hours, there was no bathroom (important to know, especially for some people). The last beach had a bathroom but was only for customers of the restaurant. The tour said it was English, but no one spoke English. We were very fortunate a couple of other passengers spoke Albanian and English and translated for us. When you’re in a boat driving down the coast for hours and have no concept of where you are, where you’re going, or when you’ll be back it can be concerning. The staff were nice, and the day was overall fun, but a bit too long to be honest!
