What To Expect
The Blue Eye
Our professional guide will meet you at the agreed meeting point and start the trip directly to blue eye which will take us 45 minutes by car. We will arrive to blue eye parking lot and walk 17 minutes to the main spot. when we arrive to the main spot, we will enjoy blue eye spot nature and swim for 45 minutes. We will enjoy the beautiful natural park and the fascinating geo phenomenon of blue eye. After the sightseeing, we will head to the car for 17 minutes of walk and then 30 minutes more by car to arrive to Lekuresi Castle.
Lekuresi Castle
Explore the rich history of Albania with a captivating Lekuresi Castle tour.Discover the ancient walls of Lekuresi Castle, perched on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, offering breathtaking panoramic views. We will spend 30 minutes to the castle for some amazing pictures and than head back to the car to travel back to the meeting point, 30 minutes.

5.00We had an amazing time visiting Lekuresit Castle and the Blue Eye. Our tour guide, Fatjon, was on-time, very personable and spoke great English. We started by visiting Lekuresit Castle. It was so interesting to learn about the history of the castle & the surrounding area while taking in the amazing view of the sea and valley below. From the castle, we took a scenic ride to the Blue Eye. Fatjon shared the history of the area along the way. He was very easy to talk to and was also a bit humorous at times, which we also enjoyed. The Blue Eye was a little crowded the day we arrived, but Fatjon did a wonderful job finding parking and then guiding us on a short walk from the parking lot to the Blue Eye. The Blue Eye was breathtakingly beautiful and crystal clear. He took a lot of pictures for us, which was very helpful. After seeing the eye up close, he guided us to an area where we could wade into the spring water. The water was ice cold, but felt invigorating. After wading in, we had some Coca-Colas overlooking the stream and enjoyed a great conversation with Fatjon. On the way back into Ksamil, he recommended a delightful restaurant with local cuisine and fresh mussels. It was delicious. Without reservation, we give this tour our highest recommendation! Thank you Fatjon!

5.00Guide Dennis is a great ambassador for Albania. His excellent English allowed him to bring the tour alive with stories of history, personal experiences and local customs. The castle commands a stellar 360 degree of the Sarande area, loaded with interesting features. Blue Eye is also a lovely sight. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tour.

5.00What a fantastic excursion!! Denis arrived at our hotel, he messaged to say he had arrived. He was so friendly and helpful from the start. He shared his knowledge of the sites and Albania in general. I have travelled a lot and can say he was best guide I have come across. You could see his passion for making sure we had best experience possible.

He picked us up from the airport and we liked it so much that we then booked almost our entire trip to Albania with him: the Blue Eyes Lake tour, which was fabulous! We also booked a boat, very good value for money for both activities. We were off season so Dénis was available to be our taxi, and we had a great time with him. He told us a lot about the country, the culture, took the time to explain to us. Thanks to him for this stay! See you soon 😁

5.00We reserved almost all of our trip to Albania with Denis. He came to pick us up by taxi at the airport to take us to our hotel. He explained a lot to us about the country, culture, traditions and even history. We were two girls and he really put us at ease and helped us plan our trip. We booked the blu eyes tour with him, it was beautiful. The 3 of us did the walk and had a coffee together, and then he took us to Ksamil on a beautiful beach. The tour is good value for money also because it is a private tour. We also reserved a boat for a day in Ksamil and it was very nice, to go and visit the islands around. Denis is very nice, cultured and interesting. I 100% recommend you book your holiday with him 🙏🏼😉🇦🇱
