Fantastic Trip to Blue Hole!

5.00We used Travel Around Jamaica to book a private tour to Blue Hole. Andrea was fantastic in helping me navigate questions when booking, including arranging a pickup directly at our hotel in Rio Bueno, rather than the default Montego Bay starting point. She was quick to respond and also contacted me the day of the trip both by phone (which I realized when I got home) and email to let me know that our driver was in traffic and would be a little late in picking us up. It was only a 15 minute delay but was still so helpful to know! Our driver was Garnett and he was fantastic! First of all, the vehicle was so comfy for our group of four, with plenty of space for our hour long drive. Garnett was an attentive driver, and super nice as well! Once we got off the main road, he called to arrange our guide at Blue Hole so that he was waiting for us as soon as we arrived! There are so many people at Blue Hole trying to get you to use them as a guide that it was fantastic to have someone that was recommended, and he was great for our group. Our ride home was just as good as the way there. Garnett did offer to have us stop for food in the town near Blue Hole, but due to schedule, we opted out. Good to have that option though! It was so helpful to have everything about our trip taken care of, from being picked up directly at our hotel, to having our Blue Hole details arranged, to not having to worry about driving to Blue Hole ourselves, to not having to wait around for a ride to come back to pick us up when we were done. I would definitely use Travel Around Jamaica again!

5.00We had the pleasure of being escorted for the day by Rannie. He was fantastic. He picked us up at our resort in Montego Bay, took us to Blue Hole, Dunn's River Falls, and Luminous Lagoon and was a fantastic host. He told us all about the history of the island and was extremely informative. Definitely recommended! We simply contacted Andrea and she set up our custom tour around the island. Will definitely use again!
