What To Expect
Note: this is a 1-way private transfer option, for a return transfer - please make another booking. For arrivals at Dubai International Airport (DXB), please note the following instructions: Terminal 1: Our airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) will be located at the end of the arrival hall on the right side, holding a sign board with your name to welcome you. Terminal 3: Upon completing luggage collection, turn left and exit the arrival hall. At the meeting point, our airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) will be there to meet and greet you. Our airport representative will then provide assistance, hand over your welcome in-destination envelope containing all the destination details, and introduce you to your driver. Once you have met the airport representative and driver, the driver will escort you to the parking area where the transfer vehicle will be ready. The distance to the parking area is approximately 50 meters from the terminal exit. This process applies to both Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 and 3. For pick-up at Dubai hotels, please note the following instructions: We recommend scheduling the pick-up time to be at least 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (default pick-up time). Our driver will be present in the lobby area before your scheduled pick-up time. Zones: from/to Dubai International Airport (DXB)/Port Rashid to any Dubai Hotel (Dubai City (Deira/Bur Dubai), Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Marina, Tecom, Media City, Palm Jumeirah) Passenger capacity: 2 adult + 1 child (below 12 years of age) Luggage capacity: 2 large suitcases

5.00Words cannot say how happy we feel about Ghadi at (elevate) our on the beach representative. From the start of our holiday we were treated like royals and we knew we were in good hands. The whole pickup and transfer was smooth and professional that left a lasting impression leaving us to enjoy our holiday. Then the troubles started in Iran. Ghadi was there every step of the way checking in on us and when on the beach closed the doors on us with silence Ghadi was there for us to help open the doors again. He went above and beyond in a calm and caring manner dealing with 3 cancelled flights with Qatar Airways and being the in between man making sure we were okay plus answering questions when airlines, travel agents and travel insurance companies stayed silent or out of reach. Once our return flight was finally made with Emirates airlines Elevate pulled out all of the stops to make sure our transfer exceeded all expectations which this will stay with us for the rest of our lives. We thank you for the bottom of our hearts for your kindness Ghadi and the Elevate team for all the services you provided 🫶

5.00Our travel company arranged our pick up and return from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The service from Elevate was first class. We were collected and dropped back to the airport in a very professional manner. The cars were spotless and seemed very new Both drivers that we had were very mannerly and professional in their duties. A good experience.

5.00Shahzad not only picked us up from the airport but as he took us in his immaculate car to the hotel, he gave us a ‘Potted History of Dubai: how it became UAE and its’ influential commodities through the ages. He pointed out places of interest which we might want to visit later and gave us an insight into life in modern UAE. He was a positive person who also loves his job and went beyond taxi- driving…

5.00We cannot thank our Elevate taxi driver enough. He was prompt, kind, chatty and full of interesting facts about Dubai as we drove to our hotel and the same on the return journey a week later. He was the first person we met in Dubai and it started our holiday off in the perfect way! A five star service we will definitely be using again!!

5.00Booked through Trailfinders we had never had a private transfer before in Dubai (favouring cheaper meter taxis to and from the airport) but we were absolutely indebted to Zaib our hero taxi driver who battled floods caused by the first rain in two years to get us to the airport. He went down what felt was every single road in the whole of Dubai (and every road in the airport!) to get us to our flight. He was relentless in his attempts of different routes to ensure we got there, all the while remaining friendly, upbeat and courteous despite the absolute chaos unfolding in the city! My mum and I knew we would never have made the flight without his tenacity (and the superior height of the vehicle!). We are so grateful.
