This was not our first chance to explore Bologna. We had a wonderful time with our guide, Roberta, who immersed us in the food that makes Bologna such a renowned gastronomical destination. She walked us through the streets just enough to build our appetite and help us work off some of the incredible dishes she shared along the way. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wondering, “What should I eat when I’m in Bologna?”

Exploring Bologna with Valentina was the highlight of my trip. She doesn’t just show you the city; she gives you its soul. The tour was 100% authentic, perfectly blending deep historical insights with the real flavors of Bologna. You can tell she truly loves her heritage, and her passion makes every bite and every story taste even better. If you want to experience the 'Grassa' side of the city through the eyes of a local, Valentina is the one!
