5.005 out of 5 would highly recommend this tour. We had Valentina Fabbri. We had a lot of local samples of food and wine including meats, cheeses, and pastas. Valentina was very knowledgeable about the local area including other places to visit in the city.

5.00Wow! This was my favorite tour I took when I was in Italy. Valentina Fabbri was an excellent guide. I would highly recommend any tour with her as the guide! The food was excellent. The standout for me was the traditional lasagna!! Truely a 10/10 trip!

5.00I had a lovely experience during the tour. The pickup was seamless, the van was comfortable, and even though we visited three sites in one day, it didn’t feel rushed. We tasted delicious food and wine! Our tour guide, Valentina Fabbri, was very knowledgeable and flexible. She even stepped in to give the presentations at the cheese and balsamic vinegar factories when their local guides weren't available. Such a kind lady! Thank you, Valentina, for sharing your enthusiasm with us!

5.00Our food tour with Valentina Fabbri was one of the highlights of our stay in Bologna! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the culinary traditions of the region. I especially loved learning about the history and significance of the local specialties—it made every bite even more meaningful. My favorite tastings were the delicious Prosciutto di Parma and the incredible tortellini and rich Bolognese pasta, all showcasing the authentic flavors of the region. To top it all off, we finished with the creamiest, most delicious gelato I’ve ever had! Valentina’s warm personality and deep knowledge made the entire experience engaging, fun, and unforgettable.
