We’ll begin with Tigella, a versatile and iconic dish served as a pre-aperitivo, followed by a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and bread from the Bologna area, paired with local wines at the city’s oldest osteria. Strolling through the historic center, you’ll enjoy two beloved homemade pastas—Tortellini and Tagliatelle—at a traditional Osteria Bolognese, perfectly complemented by more local wine.
To conclude, we’ll visit the best gelateria in town for an unforgettable gelato. This is your chance to eat, drink, and experience Bologna’s culinary traditions like a true local!

5.00Bologna is like Disneyland for food and this tour was a great place to start. Our guide Sonia was a delight. Very passionate about her city’s food and very happy to share. I loved learning about the local cuisine and will never eat lasagne or pasta bolognaise the same way again.
