You’ll taste cold cuts including Mortadella, cheeses including Parmigiano Reggiano with 25 yrs Balsamic Vinegar, and fresh breads, all paired with local wines at the city’s oldest osteria.
Strolling through the historic center, you’ll enjoy two beloved homemade pastas, Tortellini and Tagliatelle, at a traditional Trattoria Bolognese, perfectly complemented by local wine.

5.00A fun early evening activity filled with a leisurely paced walk through historical Old Town, with details of regional cuisine and special products, as well as food tastings at four venues with good wine pairings. You will want to save room for the Gelato finish. Guide was friendly and personable making the adventure even more fun.
