Coral Gardens
The Coral Garden in Bora Bora is a stunning underwater paradise, located just off the main island in the lagoon. Known for its vibrant marine life and crystal-clear waters, it's a top snorkeling and diving destination where visitors can swim among colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and sometimes even stingrays. The Coral Garden offers a serene and immersive experience, showcasing Bora Bora's natural beauty and biodiversity in a setting that feels both untouched and magical.
Bora Bora is famous for its encounters with graceful manta rays, especially around the Anau area in the lagoon. These gentle giants, with wingspans that can reach up to 20 feet, glide through the water in mesmerizing loops, feeding on plankton. Many tours offer snorkeling and diving trips to see the manta rays up close, especially early in the morning when they're most active. Known for their calm nature, manta rays in Bora Bora offer a breathtaking and peaceful underwater experience for divers and snorkelers alike, making them one of the highlights of Bora Bora's marine life.

This was a small boat trip, with a couple of snorkeling stops. The meeting time was 8.30am however the biat didn't arrive until nearly 9am. The first stop to view mantra rays was amazing and we swam with a number of them however the area was very busy with other boats which seemed to result in a limited time we could stay there. The 2nd stop was the coral garden which was also fantastic with great coral and sealife and a was led by the guide which was enabled us navigate it much easier and greatly contributed to it enjoyment , he was very attentive and noticed when one of our party seemed to struggle a little. The Moto lunch was a lovely inlet on a great beach with eagle rays just off the shore, lovely white sand and blue sea. The meal probably wasn't the best and despite contracting the company beforehand to advise of a fish/seafood allergy this had not been passed onto the guide and the fish and chicken were served together with the same utensils leaving no real choice, just something to bare in mind for any serious allergies. The Moto was lovely and quiet initially with great demonstrations from the guide but towards the end of our stay a group of about 50 people arrived making it very busy. Overall a great trip and I would recommend it.

Chris - our captain was very knowledgeable and thorough, thinking about everyone. Help those who could not swim well. There were 4 snorkelling spots to see the colourful life underwater. I consider the best snorkelling tour I ever been to. The lunch was also delicious with tahitian cusine. I ended up with the Gucci Bora Bora bag which I will definitely use it. :-) and good value for money. Pawel and Aleksandra

Captain Chris is incredibly responsible! I'm not a strong swimmer, and he towed me the whole way using the life ring. I would have never known how stunning the Coral Garden was without him! What's more, he is truly dedicated to protecting Bora Bora's ecosystem. He even swam down into the depths to retrieve a lost fishing hook that was stuck in the coral and disposed of it properly. And that's not all! He immediately jumped into the water to rescue a passenger from another boat who couldn't swim and had been left behind, ensuring they got back safely to their own group. He was literally saving someone who wasn't even from his own tour! On top of all this, his prices are very fair—even cheaper than the most popular snorkeling tours. Yet, I received the most exceptional service! Book him! Captain Chris!!! This Chinese girl was happily being towed around by him. Hahaha!

A truly unforgettable experience! Christ was an exceptional guide, competent and attentive, able to make us experience the lagoon in all its beauty. We swam among rays, sharks and manta rays, in a spectacular path through the corals: a true natural paradise that leaves you breathless. The excursion was well organized, long and complete, and ended with a delicious lunch directly on the sea, perfect to top off the day. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to live an authentic and breathtaking adventure!
