  Even before arriving in Bora Bora - Hinerva Maui was prompt, helpful and accommodating (we had to reschedule numbers and dates!). On the day itself we were picked up at the hotel without a minutes wait - we had a group of six on three jet-skis, aside from two guides on another. Manu Nui and Damon were great - attentive, friendly and aware. My son was on a a jet-ski for the first time and it couldn't have been easier or more exciting. We have half a mind to book another tour in the day we have left!! Highly recommended!

  We had an amazing tour with H! He was very personable and took great care of us. He picked us up at our airbnb and brought us to the location. The jet ski tour around the island was spectacular. H took the time to stop and share his knowledge about the history of Bora. We really enjoyed the stop at the motu. Such an overall awesome experience. Would definitely recommend the company. They were very responsive in setting up the reservation and making last minute changes! Mauruuru for wonderful service 🩵

  Had a truly AMAZING time with our guide H 🌸 recommend to ask for him personally because he was super friendly and balanced our tour perfectly between fast excitement, slow beautiful cruise with views, and culture & history. He’s down to earth & speaks great english. We wish we can have him for tomorrow’s boat tour too. Mahalo to BBActivitiesCenter through and through for accommodating our last minute requests, reservation changes, picks up. It was all seamless & worth every penny!

  We did the half-day tour in the afternoon, beautiful landscape, were at least 2 hours only in the jetski. A super pleasant break to refresh with water, juices and fruits in a motu. Our guides were spectacular. Super polite and careful, with strategic stops for videos and photos. Unforgettable tour!!

  

  

  

  

• Don't book when it's raining

  This was my first time booking activity on Viator. The cancellation policy stated: "This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund." Unfortunately, on the day of our departure, the rain was so heavy that we couldn't even open our eyes, making driving is extremely unsafe. So we drove very slowly. About 5 minutes after departure, the guide noticed that we were driving too slowly and directly asked if we wanted to cancel the trip. I asked the guide if the rain would keep falling this heavily? He said yes. In such weather, we should bring a diving mask to drive. So we thought the weather was too dangerous and agreed to cancel and returned. After arriving at the reception, we learned that we couldn't get a refund because we had already departed. So we went back to contact the customer service center of Viator, but we couldn't get a partial refund either. I think the very bad experience was: 1. The guide didn't assess the weather conditions and insisted that we go ahead, it's really danger to drive jet ski in such weather. 2. The guide didn't provide any solutions and directly persuaded us to cancel and didn't inform us that there would be no refund. 3. No other time rescheduling was offered, nor was there any discount for rescheduling again.

  Fantastic experience with gorgeous views, a great way to spend a few hours seeing the beauty of Bora Bora from the water. The midway stop had breathtaking views and delicious snacks. Definitely recommend!

  Damon was a wonderful guide. Explained much to us. Took us a good pace. Fabulous stop for fresh fruit and coconut, which he diligently showed us how to prepare. Full of energy.

  It was raining hard, and they made us go instead of refunding us. The rain felt like hard pellets on our faces. The guide got mad at us for not keeping up. The 2nd tour got canceled because of rain. We had to ask our hotel to rectify it. Thanks to The Thalasso.
