  So we arrived to boracay a day early and contacted Viator about a pick up location. Once we confirmed our location the next day we waited for almost 3 hours contacting Viator as the tour guide would no longer answer our calls or meaaages after the nth time being told that they were 10 mins away my fiancé and I got tired of waiting expecting to never be picked up and left. It was such a headache and it just set a bad mood we where looking forward to this trip for more than 2 months. Finally operator responded after around 3 hours and I kindly asked to be reimbursed and she said no that they would not refund us the money . So idk be careful what you book. I have been in touch with Viator but have not revieved my refund yet, it’s been almost a week now

  Worst experience we have ever had, and I hope this review is a warning to anyone considering this tour in the future. We booked online, paid in full, and received 2 follow-up messages the day before the tour from CTPH TOUR representatives (Moya being one). These messages confirmed pick-up point and times which were Astoria Hotel 8.30am-9am. On the day of the tour, we arrived to the Astoria Hotel at 8.30am...nobody was there from CTPH TOUR. We rang and messaged multiple times but got no response. We waited almost 1 hour and then the hotel security guard and multiple other tour reps on the beach started to ask us why we were waiting and began to help. One very kind stranger (from another tour operator) called someone who managed to locate CTPH. We then got a message from Mae from CTPH to say a "Mark" would be in touch....Mark called me asking where we were 😅 and by now we were just as confused..."we are at the pick-up point for the past 1 hour at the location and time you stated"...Mark arrived and walked us to a boat, didnt apologise or explain why they never met us...after handing us over to another person, we realised, it wasn't our tour at all and we only realised this when the tour guide on the boat (while we had already left to sea) asked who were were and what we booked. We didn't get to visit most of what was promised in this tour in terms of stops. We didn't get to do the activities we paid for, including parasailing and helmet dive (which we were really looking forward to). There was no apology, no explanation, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I actually reached out to the various contacts I had acquired over the multiple pass arounds at CTPH...all seen the messages on the day of the tour and nobody responded until 2 days later to say "Hi, How are you?"...Luckily we could escalate to viator who were very helpful. We got a refund....first time in my life I've had to request a refund for a tour on here. First review I've ever had to leave with such negative remarks, but I do hope it will serve as a warning to anyone considering this tour and CTPH.

  The tour was misleading. We went to where we were suppose to meet and had to ask around to find our tour operator. Finally when we found him, we went helmet diving first. This was the only redeeming part of the tour. The helmet dive is totally worth it and run by separate group. They were nice, informative and accompanied us the whole time on the dive. Then we return to shore and wait almost 30 minutes for the transfer boat to take us island hopping. The boat is packed with over 40 people and the max on the tour description is 30. Then we did not get any explanation about where we are going… we only went to Puja beach in the end. Not sure why the other spots were skipped, crocodile island, llig lligan beach, Panay island. For lunch, we went to an island and then had to take a rickshaw to the buffet. The hot kawa bath was there but it looked nothing like the pictures. At first I thought, it was where they were cooking. And there were no flowers in the bath like the pictures. Also every activity, we had to ask where do we go? What’s next?! And we didn’t even get the parasailing… they said you will have to do that tomorrow. Good thing we still had another day on our trip. This is still up for debate as at the time of writing this, we still didn’t have a time or place for the parasailing. Anyways all in all, I would just book what you want to do through a local on the beach. And do not use trip advisor. You can also get a good price if you book multiple activities. All the companies use the same operators for the activities and it’s a mass operation. I have booked many tours thorough trip advisor in the past, and they have always been fun experiences with meeting other people who are also traveling. This was definitely not that and you end up paying a huge premium for nothing. It’s much cheaper booking with a local for the same experience.

  We definitely had a great time. The package was worth it. Glad the tour operator contact us day prior the trip. Tip: Arrive 30 mins earlier at meeting place to avoid queue. We came early and there wasnt any crowd front of Moshka cafe but after we went back from parasailing, we see the long queue for registration. Also read carefully the inclusions of this trip so you wont have to complain about the additional fees for snorkelling and crystal cove. But likewise, this is a great package. Tour guide are all helpful but would be better if they tell a bit about Boracay history or facts during the boat ride.

  Perfect. That's it in one word. It was our last day and we were just tired of the street scammers trying to get to activities. I made one last attempt and was lucky enough to find your company.   Beautiful views and friendly staff who prioritized safety of all participants. Disembarking/re-embarking the boat did take up a lot of the time during island hopping but it was a wonderful experience nonetheless. The crew was resilient, having a good backup plan in the setting of heavy waves at certain points. Overall a great time.

  Showed up at the scheduled time and they did not depart for 45 min. We decided to cancel. I went to ask for a refund the girl I called had me call another number and from there they gave me the run around and said I was going to receive an email and hadn’t till 47 hrs later I called TripAdvisor for them to issue me the refund. NOT HONEST

• Some Low Points But Worth the Price

  Included snorkel gear does not include snorkel (available at extra charge) or fins (not available). "Included" sites were skipped without explaination. The Coral Garden was not an exceptional experience. Those negatives aside, the cost person and activities included, primarily parasailing and the helmet dive was well worth the price.

  It is a good option to do something different and spend the day, the site is amazing, you have the option to do several activities and all very fun. 100% recommended
