Be collected you at your accommodation by your friendly driver and travel to Setumbu Hill for 4:00 AM. Witness the breathtaking Borobudur sunrise views. When the air is fresh and as the mist begins to lift the sun will surround the volcanoes and terraced fields. You will leave at dawn.
Borobudur Temple
We will pick up from your hotel and direct to Setumbu hill close Borobudur temple to witness the breathtaking sunrise between 2 Volcano Merbabu and Merapi Volcano from setumbu hill . and after sunrise trip we will go to Explore Borobudur temple This is one of world's truly great ancient monuments, the single largest Buddhist structure anywhere on earth. 4.00The temples are definitely worth it. The volcano area was a bit like a circus but the history of the volcano is interesting, just wish it wasn’t so cheesy. Borobodur and Prambanan are definitely a must see!

5.00Everything went perfect!! Matthias, the guide, was excellent, took care of everything, we just enjoyed our 8h trip. He also gave all the historic backgrund not only of the temples, but the city and Indonesia as well. Truly recommend!!

5.00Our rider, Bima Narendra, was much more than that, namely an experienced tour guide who was happy to pass on his versatile knowledge yet unobtrusive. He was happy to respond to our wishes expressed during the journey and made the long journey an unforgettable experience. Even those parts of the tour that were not supervised by him, such as the Jeep ride on the Merapi or the Borobodur guide were well organized and executed.

5.00Dani was amazing! He was so helpful the entire day, answering all of our questions, patiently taking our pictures, and kept us laughing the whole time! When we had a little time to spare he even took us to try local Buddhist monastery since we were interested. He made the day so fun and we had a great experience with him!

5.00What a fabulous driver and tour guide Matthius is. Making it a day never to be forgotten. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Always polite and very informative about Indonesian culture from ancient history to the present day. An amazing experience to see Borobudur at sunrise and then the Prambanan temples. Highly recommend.

4.00Matthias is very personable, helpful and accommodating. He took care of all the admin (tickets, etc...), made sure I had enough time to explore, was very flexible with pickup times. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a one-stop-shop of the main temple complexes around Yogyakarta.

4.00Our driver, Matthias, was fantastic. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. He also gave us various recommendations and tips on how to avoid scams and stay safe as a tourist in Yogyakarta. We really enjoyed the view of Borobudur at sunrise, the Borobudur tour itself, and Matthias’ tour around the Prambanan. The only reason that we didn’t give this 5/5 is because we did not enjoy our guide on the Merapi jeep tour at all. With that said, that is no fault of Matthias or his company. We strongly recommend requesting Matthias as a driver.

5.00Great flexibility, the volcano was in a fog and rained over there, so the driver agreed to switch it to another temple. The whole trip felt comfortable, everything was my pace, breaks and going to the next attraction. The driver was punctual and informative about the trip. At the same time, he was not intrusive by talking all the time :). Much appreciated.
