What To Expect
Saklikent Milli Parki
At Saklıkent National Park, you’ll explore one of the deepest canyons in the world, carved by icy mountain waters. Stroll along wooden walkways suspended above the rushing river, enjoy the refreshing spray from the turquoise stream, and admire the stunning rock formations towering above you. During your free time here, you can wander deeper into the canyon at your own pace, or choose optional activities such as rafting and zip-lining for an extra dose of adventure. Alternatively, relax at riverside cafés with your feet dipped in the fresh mountain flow. Please note that zipline and rafting activities are optional and come with additional fees.
Gizlikent Selalesi
At Gizlikent Waterfall, enjoy approximately 1 hour of free time surrounded by breathtaking nature. Savor a delicious open buffet lunch featuring two main options—fish or chicken—accompanied by fresh salads and mezes. During your free time, you can choose to relax and admire the magnificent waterfall or take part in thrilling optional activities such as zip-lining and rafting. This experience offers the perfect balance of nature, adventure, and delicious local cuisine. Please note that zipline and rafting activities are optional and come with additional fees.

5.00We had a fantastic day out with Chillax. Our guide Mehmet was an excellent storyteller, sharing the history of ancient Tlos area with stories of mythology and the Greek gods that inspired Lycian temples. My family felt well looked-after on the tour, Mehmet checked in to make sure our son was coping with the heat ok and found places to stop in the shade and tell stories. We were grateful to have someone guide us through safe passages of the climb up to the top of Tlos and through the gizlikent waterfall hike. We had a much better experience of the sites for their guidance. At sakklikent we were keen to have a go at the zip lining so Mehmet made space after lunch for us to do so - it’s very easy to access from the entrance. We were very comfortable throughout the day, the transport was excellent quality and we made rest-stops with good facilities and kind hospitality. Lunch was taken at Sakklikent and was really delicious and the morning rest stop included local fruits which was a really nice touch. I was so glad to choose a small group operator, it made the day really enjoyable and as the name suggests - chill! I would definitely use them again for future tours.

5.00I would highly recommend this trip. The guide-Mehmet was kind, friendly and welcoming. We visited Turkey 1st time and it was amazing. We enjoyed historical sites with stunning architecture. The gorge was the best, the water was clear and cold. The waterfall was scenic. We enjoyed a lot and would advise others to visit as well.

5.00We loved everything about this tour. Firstly our tour guide Mehmet was brilliant, very knowledgeable, we could have asked him anything and he knew the answer, he was really good with the kids aswell. The smaller group tour was a more personal experience, it worked well for us as a family, and the locations were amazing. Tlos is a must see, and the walk up to the waterfall was so unique, the food was really good and also good portion sizes, we would definitely recommend!

5.00The excursion took place in a small group with 6 participants as described in the call for proposals. Our tour guide Mehmet spoke sees easy to understand English. The first stop was the worth seeing ancient city of Tlos. Our guide’s remarks were very detailed and interesting, showing us the times of the basilica, the old baths, city life in the agora and around the amphitheatre, and the rock tombs. From there we continued to Saklıkent National Park with its picturesque gorge, which is well developed for tourism and can be easily walked. Not far from the gorge is the Gizlikent waterfall, which is only accessible via about 200 steps and a 200 m long walk through a knee-deep, flowing stream. This absolutely requires a certain amount of fitness, as natural obstacles must be overcome. The strongly recommended bathing shoes can be rented for a small fee. The waterfall offers a great photo motif and is worth the effort. The helpfulness and patience of our guide was commendable, even to help participants with lower fitness. The slightly late lunch at the Gizlikent waterfall was good. The full day trip is highly recommended. Thanks to our very competent guide Mehmet Hayıt, who made the trip a great experience.
