What To Expect
Bratislava Old Town
Departure from Vienna Hauptbanhof Bus Station, Südtiroler Platz, bus stop C1. The bus departs at 09:50 am. Please be kindly aware the route from Vienna to Bratislava is unaccompanied. You will receive 7 days prior the tour the bus ticket on your e-mail. Buses to Bratislava are operated by SLOVAK LINES. Please kindly be on time at bus station. Please take with yourself your ID (EU) or passport (not EUR citizens). Arrival at Bratislava Most SNP bus station at 11:20 am. First bust stop in Bratislava. Free time in Bratislava for coffee or tea. Meeting with the guide at 12:00 pm in front of main entrance to Park Inn by Radisson Danube Hotel (hotel is located just 100 meters from bus stop, you will just cross a zebra crossing) One hour walking tour in historical city center of Bratislava. Afterwards 2 course menu in a local restaurant. Free time in Bratislava. Departure of the bus is at 18:08 pm from Bratislava Most SNP bus station. The same bus stop as you would arrive in Bratislava.

5.00This tour requires you to make your way to Bratislava, but detailed instructions and bus tickets are provided. We met our guide, Suzanne, and made our way through the old town. The hour long tour gave us the tools to decide what we wanted to do ourselves after the included lunch. The restaurant where Suzanne to us to, was a couple of minutes from the old town and we enjoyed our 2 course meal. We chose to add wine and dessert. Plenty of time to explore

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our tour from Vienna to Bratislava was nothing short of amazing. From the start, the tour operator was extremely professional—tickets and clear instructions were sent timeously, and everything was very easy to follow. The meeting point was clearly described and effortless to find. Our tour guide, Daria, was exceptional—very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Slovakian history. We truly enjoyed learning about Slovakia and Bratislava as a whole. The lunch provided was also awesome and a lovely addition to the experience. A special mention to Katarina, who responded to all our queries with impressive speed and efficiency. This is hands down the best tour we have ever booked on Viator. Highly recommended—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this trip!

1.00Not worth the money at all!! If you’re in Vienna you’re better off booking the bus for €10 and exploring the tiny town yourself! The guide was okay but there was no food for me as a vegetarian. The restaurant they take you to is a tourist scam. I ended up leaving and buying my food elsewhere and there’s much better options to explore in the town

5.00Everything worked- links, journey and superb guide. Only aspect I would say is lunch was rather a disappointment. The soup was a broth. Almost water either couple of bits of carrot plus then some pasta which is country speciality. But we could tell we were not important customers. No-one was rude. Just offhand.

4.00It was worth the day trip to visit Slovakia’s capital. It’s small enough to see the highlights in the day trip. The communication was good however the guided tour could have been an hour longer to benefit from their wisdom of the city.
