Bribie Island is such a lovely and quaint destination, full of friendly, beautiful people and peaceful vibes. The day was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The 4WD experience along the beach was a blast, and swimming and paddleboarding in the lagoon offered a calm, refreshing break. Jason, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic — knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about the island. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his insights and easygoing nature. Highly recommend this trip to everyone — whether you're a family, a couple, or a solo traveller. You’ll come back with great memories and a big smile!

  • The Number One Tour to do when on Bribie Island.

Best trip ever. Despite being a Bribie Local for 33 years there was so much I did not know about our Beautiful Bribie. Jason is a wealth of knowledge and he delivers information in a way that makes learning fun. Bribie's part in WWII is incredible and worth seeing the remnants of the Forts/Signals/Gun buildings before they are forever swallowed into the sea. Up to date figures on the Sea Turtle nests was fascinating and spotting local wildlife - Swamp Wallabies, Kangaroos, White Bellied Sea Eagles, Lace Monitors, Curlews, Pied Oyster Catchers and more so exciting, especially for my Canadian friends on this tour. If there is one thing you should do when on Bribie - I strongly suggest this trip. Not something I like to do once, either, at least 4 times a year in each season to see the variety that Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter variations bring would be ideal. Thanks Jason, LEGEND.

Excellent tour! Jason was a great tour guide and a good spotter of wildlife - kangaroos, wallabies, sea eagle, birds etc. The kayak in the creek was scenic and peaceful! We had plenty of time to walk around, hear the history of the forts, take in the scenery and enjoy the water. Highly recommend this tour with Jason.

I’m the youngest of 6 kids and my brothers and sisters gave me a Bribie Island 4WD Adventure tour for my 50th birthday. I took the tour on Saturday 13 March 2021. Jason, the owner of G’Day Adventure Tours, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, a careful driver and all-round great host for the day. Our 6 hour tour covered all the highlights of the Bribie Island National Park and Recreation Area, including the 25 kilometre stretch of Ocean Beach, 4 lagoons, and the very interesting WW2 remains of Fort Bribie, at the northern end of the Island and in the shadows of Caloundra. We saw countless kangaroos and wallabies, a number of sea-eagles and a variety of other wildlife. Lunch was well catered, served at a beautiful location under a shady tree with magical ocean views, and was of such proportions that nobody in the tour group was able to finish their allocated portion. Overall it was a great day, and fantastic to see the what this beautiful island has to offer only an hour north of Brisbane. Bribie Island is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, and a 4WD tour tour with Jason at G’Day Adventure Tours is a great wait to discover it.
