5.00Jane told us so many interesting fun facts at the crocodile park and I got hold a baby crocodile. It was so much fun and I highly recommend, the guide was professional, informative and funny. Highly recommended to go around a tour with Jane. See you next time Broome ☀️

1.00That during the wet season tours get cancelled either due to the fact that they do not have enough people or due to the bad weather. I only got 1 out of 3 out of the scheduled tour, but received no refund at all.

2.00he tour was satisfactory overall; however, several aspects fell short of expectations. While the museum and crocodile park were enjoyable, we were disappointed to be taken to a pub when we had specifically booked a brewery tour. Additionally, we were informed only upon boarding the bus that we would be seated with other members of the tour whom we did not know, which felt quite uncomfortable. There was no prior communication regarding these changes, and the lack of transparency significantly impacted our experience. We had been looking forward to the brewery component, and the miscommunication left us dissatisfied

3.00We were supposed to be going to Matsos for lunch, which we were really looking forward to, however, once we were picked up and on our way, we were told we weren't going there and going to Rooeys instead and we would get our meals quicker - a few not happy. We had 1hr to eat, which was fair enough. We arrived and took 5mins or so as they couldn't find our booking. Put in a back room eventually. Chose platter from menu and told unavailable. Other couple chose something - not available so chose another dish. We had to leave at 2.30pm. But we still didn't have our meal until 2.10pm. The other couple didn't get theirs until 2.20pm !! Their meat was to be med/rare - it was very WELL DONE so couldn't eat it - especially in 10mins. Driver came in and said we need to go now or we'll miss the crocodile farm tour. The other couple were getting a refund. They didn't get to have any lunch and we had to rush ours and leave half finished drinks. Driver had to stop and pick up another couple - we still got there before designated time. Also, clock in the bus is 3 1/2mins fast.

5.00Brenda was an informative, helpful, friendly guide who is an asset to the tour. Spinifex brewery was a change to the itinerary, where Jason was passionate about the direction of the business. On to the Crocodile park where we handled baby crocs and learnt about the conservation of these dinosaurs. Highly recommend this tour. It was spot on!

5.00Really enjoyed this trip, especially the crocodile park, which was great fun with a very entertaining tour guide. Broome Museum is very interesting, although it would have been ideal to have a little bit longer there and maybe a bit less time at the Spinifex Brewery (which was a change from Matso's). However, the beer tasing was great at Spinifex and the food was really good too.
