We had a truly wonderful time throughout the trip. Surge, the driver, was excellent—very professional, courteous, and ensured a smooth and comfortable journey at all times. Our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took great care in explaining the history, culture, and all the relevant details of each place we visited, which made the experience even more enriching and enjoyable. The overall trip was very well organized and thoughtfully planned. It is a fantastic way to explore ghent & burges, especially for anyone looking to understand its heritage and beauty in a short span of time. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you for making this trip so memorable.

We took a tour the day before and the guide was more flexible. She gave us her WhatsApp number if we get lost, but this guide did not, she said that she told the group directions several times so she assumed that would be listening. The trip was rushed in Bruges, she made a comment about “if it’s made cheaply, it’s made from China” during the tour (which had 50% Asian attendees). When older people took a little bit more time to get to the bus she kept calling them the elderly group with the walking stick that delayed to get to the bus. It was just uncomfortable all around tbh. When we got to Ghent everything was closed which may have been expected because it was Christmas Eve, but even the Christmas market closed before she expected and she just kept saying well that is life. I wouldn’t recommend her tour specifically but the one with Veronica was good. I think her name was Gid?

Not as advertized. We chose this trip based on the castle in Ghent. In fact, most things were closed and our tour guide spent quite a bit of time telling us what we could do if we came back. The tour company failed to notify us that it was closed on the day we booked. If we had known we would have picked a different day. Was a disappointing trip overall. We would have been better off staying in Brussels.

It was a great experience. Our guide Albert was superb. He showed us Brugges and Ghent with very good historical descriptions. He also gave us good suggestions on good eating choice restsurants, chocolate shops and gift shops.

Bruges was absolutely beautiful! Ghent was nice too but Bruges is a must see! Given that it was an all day event, it wasn’t tiring on my legs. It is very walkable for any age. Ariane was a great guide- spoke very well English and Spanish.

Go see these two cities!! They are a must see, and this tour did a wonderful job. We felt like they actually gave us a good amount of free time to explore, too. Incredible cities. Great guide. Highly recommend!

We had a great day trip to Bruges and Ghent! Sergio was a great guide - he was so knowledge and did a great job planning the day. Pros of the tour: - The coach bus was very comfortable - Each city had a good mix of a guided walking tour and free time to explore on our own - Going with a group. We were able to talk to a lot of different people from all around the world - The time in each city. It was quick, but we got to do and see everything we wanted in one go Things to note: - It was a lot of walking. 13,000+ steps. Wasn’t a problem for us and the pace was nice and slow - It was a large group. 35+ people on the coach bus. Wasn’t an issue as we had radios with earbuds to hear the guide while we were walking around - It was a bi-lingual tour. We switched between English and Spanish. Overall, it was a great tour and I would recommend booking it as long as your group is okay with the “things to note” section.
