This is quite a good tour, especially if Jan is the tour guide. A very Versed man in his craft and he has an excellent sense of humor. He is patient and speaks multiple language's to boot. I highly recommend this tour and all it has to offer.

My train was delayed, causing me to miss the bus by a few minutes. I spoke to them asking if there was another tour the same day or if I could just get a refund. Understandably there was no other tours, but unfortunately they also refused to offer any refund.

Mixed review for this tour ….. while the tour locations were wonderful and scenic there were disappointments. On meeting at designated point we boarded a bus that clearly needed a good clean, most of the seats had dirt or sand on them, not just one or two but MOST seats. Eventually I had to clean before we sat. The tour guide on the bus was lovely and quite knowledgeable about our destinations. Prior to arriving at our first destination we were advised we would be split into 2 groups which was fine, unfortunately the guide who was assigned to us at our destination was quite vague and not up to par compared to the guide on the bus. Eg …. She pointed to a park and said, “this is a park, you can walk through it” someone asked if park was significant or famous for anything and guide responded with, “no it’s a park you can walk through”. She also did not walk as she was talking so we were stationary for a lot of the walking tour, standing in the rain while she bumbled her way through her descriptions of what she was showing us. At one point she thought she had lost some of the tour group and after counting multiple times and still coming up with less of us than she started with she said “oh well” and we continued on. Later on, those missing had said they were in the toilet and came out to find our group gone. The second destination we were all together with the original guide from the bus, who was much more competent and informative. Overall, locations and time allocated there was wonderful, guide ON BUS was great, secondary guide was awful and cleanliness of bus was disappointing

This trip is very well organized. The guide gave an hour orientation walking tour in Ghent and then you had an hour of free time to revisit as one wants. Then we went to Bruges for the rest of the day. And the same format. About a 90+ minute orientation tour. You had free time to grab some lunch and visit some things you want to spend more time with. And an opportunity to take a canal boat ride before heading back to Brussels. I really enjoyed this day.

This was a bumper trip covering two of the most beautiful places. I loved the trip but had some mobility difficulties and found that the second tour was hard work for me - you are trying to fit in so much in a short time - guides were excellent, our initial Guide, Sarah was doing the trip in English and Spanish and managed to go between both with ease, never left me feeling I was missing something. The content of the tours exceeded my expectations. I didn’t manage to do the boat trip as l had hurt my leg pre-trip but l just took the opportunity to go have lunch and a drink and just take in Brugge. Overall a fabulous trip and incredible value for money.

Anyone who thinks they can escape the hustle and bustle of the capital should stay in Brussels. We expected many tourists, but in nice weather Bruges in particular is totally overflowing. The fact that mutual consideration is becoming more and more rare is noticed again and again. Both cities are worth seeing. Beautiful, Ghent even more relaxed. Guided tour of Ghent by the guide who has been supervising the tour since Brussels, trilingual English, Flemish and French. In Bruges, the group is divided into a maximum of 20 guests each, then local guides also only in English. Very friendly guides who respond to guests' questions. The popularity of the cities is expressed proportionally in the prices offered for eating, drinking and boating. In addition to the included service charge, a tip is often expected. The return journey to Brussels, from Bruges about two hours, is needed to relax.

Our tour guide was great and there was lots of interesting things to see. However it was a big bus tour so there was lots of people. It also felt rushed. I was often stopping to take a picture and then hurrying to catch up with the group during tours. It was nice that we had some free time in each city but there was more we wanted to see and do than I had time for, especially in Bruges. Bruges was definitely my favorite and if I came again I would want to spend the whole day in Bruges.
