5.00This was a really nice tour. We picked it partially because they meet you at the pier and for the canal ride. It was so easy to find the tour guide and the bus was very comfortable that we rode into Brugge. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

3.00All of the stars seemed to line up here and allowed me to book this tour from the Zeebrugges port rather than the much more expensive options through the cruise line. Transfers to Bruges were included as were a walking tour of the city and canal cruise. Their team was right where they said they'd be at the port and that part was easy. But we were 20 minutes late leaving the port (with no real explanation), arrived at our canal cruise well after our reserved boat was supposed to leave (which led to an ugly screaming session from the vendor at our guide), and at each turn it just felt like this was our guides first day. I am certain it was not, but it sure felt that way with each avoidable mistake. With another guide the day may have been a lot more enjoyable, but when his headset started to crap out during the second half of the city tour few in our group seemed to care and we walked back toward the bus in silence. If you have another option for this kind of a tour, you may want to look into it because I cannot recommend this operation based on the overall experience of the day. Bruges is a can't miss spot - make sure you are set up to enjoy your time there!
