4.00Eman was our guide, and he did a very good job overall. He loves the city and is passionate about teaching others. By the end, his sense of humor grows on you. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, our tour was supposed to be an English tour. However, the owner of the company combined a French speaking tour with this and had Eman do the tour in both languages. Since there is quite a bit of information given on the tour, this means there's a lot of time just standing around while he translates for the other party. This was not advertised when you sign up. The tour could have been shorter, or included more stops, had it just been in I e language. Next, you only try chocolate from three places. They are fantastic places, so no complaints there, but it's not like you'll be visiting 10 spots. Also, I'm not sure what others experienced, but you don't get tons of samples from the professional chocolate shops. You about 6 bites over 3+ hours. You'll get plenty of tasting when you make your own chocolate at the workshop, but those aren't the same. Lastly, the workshop isn't exactly a class in how to make chocolate, but rather a basic 'make your own creation ' out of already made chocolate sauce. A bit elementary, so don't expect to learn much here. Overall, the guide did a great job. Just know what you're getting into.

5.00This is a wonderful experience. Emin, our guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and full of energy. On this tour, you get to experience the best part of Belgium - chocolate. Emin was also a wealth of knowledge telling us about history, great places for frites, waffles, beer, and food in general. And you get to make your own chocolate treats! Amazing expertise and highly recommend.

3.00While a fun tour in concept, the execution was a bit lacking. The route felt a bit haphazard, and the chocolate was tasty, but maybe not worth the cost of the tour. Learned a little, & got my steps in, but left feeling a bit meh.
