What To Expect

Bryce Canyon National Park

This is a group experience that offers an intense figure 8 hike through Bryce Canyon's premier trails. After introductions, we'll board one of our vehicles and prepare for a unique and visually stunning experience that borders on magical. Our guides are locals, know every inch of the area, and are thrilled to share their knowledge and expertise with all those who venture to Bryce Canyon. So allow us to lead you through hoodoo-filled slot canyons and across pink crested amphitheaters, while learning about different layers of strata as we trek through over 50 million years of geologic wonder. Interact with and see trees in a whole new way, find out which Native Americans called this area their home, and discover other interesting things; like how Bryce Canyon gets its name, and what a "Hoodoo" really is. * the hike is 6.2 miles long with about 1,479ft elevation gain.

Seth was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the park including scenic highlights, geological information and knowledge about plants and animals. Seth was also very conscientious about hydration. We appreciated that he willingly changed some planned hikes to accommodate ability levels. We only had one day in Bryce and Seth gave us a great sense of the park.

Our guide Seth was great. He took the time to explain everything around us, his experiences and took many pictures of us. All the places we went to were amazing, esp walking amongst the hoodoos. Pictures do not do them any justice. So relaxing and serene. Truly $ well spent!

We had the most incredible day with Mabry. He's an amazing guy. I think my husband wants to adopt him (lol). He took us on a 3 1/2 hour hike that gave us views of Bryce from every vantage point. He explained the geological history of the canyon with passion and enthusiasm. He was so patient, allowing us to stop and take pictures as much as we wanted. He also made sure we took water, snack and bathroom breaks. Mabry took excellent care of us and gave us one of the best tours we've had anywhere in our travels. It was a joy to be in his company. We feel fortunate we got Mabry as our guide. We highly recommend Bryce Canyon Scenic Tours.

Kevin was our tour guide and gave us great personalized service. He took the time to explain the history behind each artifact and the significance of each structure.
