Come hungry! And in good walking shoes. We did the 530pm tour in mid-December and it was HUMID! So dress accordingly. Our guide Brenda was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us specific history about Bucerias and Mexican food in general, like how they cook the meats, what sauce goes with each meat, how each fruit or vegetable pairs with the other ingredients to make the flavor profiles. We had a great time and finished with a delicious churro. My favorite taco was pastor and the jalapeño with bacon. You hear the history of each restaurant or vendor as well. Definitely worth making the time to take this tour.

We had a fantastic time with Brenda as our tour guide. She has a great personality and you can tell she loves the area. She gave us history of the local area as we walked and at each stop. At every taco stop she explained the tortilla, different salsas and a bit of the culture. Thank you, Brenda for a great tour!

Varied options for the taco options. However we booked for 530 and when we arrived we were told it was overbooked so had to go at 6 instead. Plus we were told there was an option to Add alcohol ahead of time at each stop but this was not offered to us when me made the booking The guide Eric was very friendly

We had such a fun evening on the taco tour. Our guide, Brenda, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great local insight. She took us to spots we never would’ve found on our own, and every taco was delicious. The pacing was relaxed, the stories were interesting, and the whole experience felt authentic and welcoming. A perfect way to explore the neighbourhood’s food scene. Highly recommend!

What a fun experience! Our tour guide Brenda was so lovely and personable....and fun! She took us to 6 different spots to try 6 very different tacos. Bonus is you get to go to 2 of the best restaurants in Bucerias -- and also some smaller, more "local" spots for an authentic street taco experience. We also learned a lot about the town of Bucerias, some of the history, architecture, etc. A really fun night. Walking was very doable -- I chose to wear runners but in retrospect didn't really need them. Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. Do it! Such a fun evening.

We just wrapped up our Taco Tour with Brenda, and she was amazing! She knew the food inside and out, and she shared great stories about the history, traditions, and culture of the area that really brought everything to life. It turned out to be much more than a food tour. We got a real sense of the town and the people who make it special. Brenda’s passion and knowledge made the whole experience memorable. I’d definitely recommend this tour if you want to learn about the area, its history, the people, and of course the tacos. Not all tacos are the same, and by the end, you will know the difference.

Erik took us to five places for five tacos. Some we might have found on our own. Others we would never have stumbled over. It was fantastic. Great tacos, great stories from Erik. And some great margaritas too!

We loved this taco tour. We have been on food tours around Mexico before and this one did not disappoint. Our tour guide Brenda shared information and history of Bucerias and it's food. The tour includes stops at 6 restaurants from more upscale places to street vendors. All 6 were different from each other and delicious. This tour is perfect for new vacationers to Mexico or those hesitant to try small local restaurants or street food. Come hungry though, it is a lot of food. We finished the night with a churro from a vendor in centro.

Loved this food tour! Brenda was an excellent guide and the choice of stops and tacos were varied and delicious! There was a lot of food. The drinks were also great. Loved that we had so many different types of tacos. It should be noted in the details that you will be walking quite a bit and on cobblestone streets in the dark, so maybe not for everyone! Would recommend!

Our guide, Erik, did a terrific job shepherding our family of eight, including three octogenarians! We loved the fish tacos at Karen's Place and the pork belly tacos at La Negra were fantastic! We couldn't eat another bite after carne asada tacos at a stand in El Centro, so Erik went to the last stop, Junior's and brought us a bag of al pastor meat and all the trimmings while we rested in the market square with the most amazing caramel churros. We got our steps in, ate wonderful food and enjoyed al pastor tacos for lunch the next day!
