5.00Really impressed. You get an immediate email and WhatsApp message after booking online. And then for both legs of our journey from airport to city centre and return Matt our driver was there early waiting. He was chatty (in English) giving us a welcome background to the history, culture and sites. Would certainly recommend.
GET TRANSFER.COM - Service NOT performed and still do NOT want to return the money.

1.00Hire GET TRANSFER.COM, service Bucharest Airport Hotel and vice versa. The driver left us waiting until midnight and did not show up. On the voucher phone they indicated that the reservation did not exist. We have requested a refund and GET TRANSFER.COM does not want to refund the money even if they have not performed the service. This attitude is not a serious one. I have filed a complaint against them both in Spain and in the United Kingdom, where they have their headquarters. I advise all users NOT TO USE GET TRANSFER.COM

5.00Simply, PERFECT!. I booked the service back and forth to the airport and was also offered a discount by doing so. They contact you a day early to confirm the time and, the same day as the flight (a couple of hours before pickup), they contact you again telling you the driver’s name and phone number. The driver warns you before arriving and both times they were punctual to the maximum. A 10 for this transfer company.

5.00We used Transport Airport Bucharest, TAB, for Otopeni Airport pickup. We chose TAB for their competitive prices and very good reviews. The booking via their website was easy and we heard back from Vlad confirming our booked Transport soon after. Although we were delayed at passport control due to high volume of passengers and were unable to communicate with the driver, he waited for us at the designated spot. We were greeted with friendliness which helped after a very long flight. The car was spotless and roomy and the driver navigated the Bucharest traffic with ease. We were impressed with their service and will definitely use Transport Airport Bucharest again. Big thanks to Vlad and Ovidiu.
