Andrei was our guide and driver in his classic Dacia car. We were picked up at our hotel in Bucharest and we immediately realized we were about to set out on a very special experience. To start, everyone walking by the car as we were entering it looked and wanted to take photos, the same occurred numerous times on the road and at the sites we visited. That would have in itself been memorable, however, the tour itself was the highlight. Parliament was unbelievable, the outside is impressive, but if you do not do a guided interior tour you have missed out. It was all that one would expect of a project of this magnitude. We left the Palace of the Parliament, and stopped at a locale that gave a full view from a distance of this massive site. Photo-op for us and photo-op by Andrei with an insta-matic (new/high tech version) and he gave us a photo of us besides the Dacia and the Parliament in the background- nice touch. Next stop was Primăverii Palace, Nicolae Ceaușescu and families home. Guided tour by the sites staff- again a must see site. Finally Andrei drove us back to our hotel- people taking pictures of the car, including a motorcyclist who when stopped at a traffic light dismounted his bike and took a self with us and the car in the background. During the entire trip, Andrei was also an experienced historian and provided perfect insight into the history of Romania during this period. All questions were answered and he was delightful to have had as our guide/driver. Kudos.

The tour was wonderful, we had nice weather and we could see everything. Andrei was always nice, clarified everything, told us every detail and faces. I would repeat it sometime.
