5.00Just had a tour of Bucharest with our guide Narcis and had a great time. Beautiful city and he sold it well , really informative and interesting. Narcis answered all our questions sometimes adding other information or stories along with it. Our meal at the beautiful Caru' cu Bere restaurant was excellent and the decor inside must be seen. All in all we had a wonderful time and cannot thank Narcis enough for his time and company.

5.00We had a personal tour with Matei. He was very well-informed and showed us some things we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. The meal was fantastic! We didn’t know it, but there was a bonus floor show with four dancers who performed and then got the audience involved. Super fun!

5.00We arrived in Bucharest after a long day of travel and this was the perfect evening to introduce us to a Bucharest. Narcis was a great tour guide and dinner companion. He picked us up promptly at the hotel and drove us around the city pointing out important sights even stopping for pictures all the while giving us a history lesson and answering all our questions. Dinner was at the most beautiful restaurant with performers(dancing) and delicious traditional Romanian food. We definitely recommend this tour.

5.00I participated in this tour and dinner with 4 of my friends in May 2022. Our guide was Riga who was AMAZING!! He showed up at the hotel early and we were late (stuck in traffic!!). He waited patiently as all of us ran to our rooms to change prior to going out again. He was patient, polite, helpful and most of all FUN! He spent the next 3-4 hours with the 5 of us on a personal tour of Bucharest providing his knowledge, experience, historical lessons, legends, and information on former Soviet remnants that remain in the city. The restaurant was AMAZING and food was phenomenal. I had special dietary requirements and he ensured everything was taken care of for me prior to dinner. Roxana was also a huge help as she coordinated finding an additional driver for us so we could go on the tour on the only available evening we had. They also assisted us in providing “taxi service” for 7 of us to a work location the following afternoon. VERY flexible group of people! I would HIGHLY recommend Travelmaker Tours, Roxana, AND Riga…they all get 5-stars!

5.00We booked the Bucharest Evening Tour and Traditional Dinner two days before we arrived in the city. The guide, Lara, picked us up at our hotel and the adventure was on. Our initial impression was that it was great she was driving since the traffic was crazy. We rode around the city with the evening perspective different from daytime. Dinner was at Caru' cu Bere, The meal was fantastic and the venue is indescribably fascinating. We were returned to our hotel after more than three great hours.

5.00Boogey was our private tour guide and we could not ask for more or better. He was fun loving, accommodating and just overall good guy, It is a great way to get oriented to the city and the highlights and the sites and places you want to see when you have more time. It is also a quick and easy history lesson. The dinner at Caru'cu bere is a great meal, fun entertainment and lovely time. Everyone know Boogey at the restaurant and that helps the experience. My son was up and dancing with the professional dancer as was my husband and I . Boogey knew what to order that would introduce us to a traditional Romanian Meal. Boogey also took great videos and photos we had an evening we would never forget.
