1.00The boat was reasonable, the staff were ok - they didn’t push drinks which was good. However the food was terrible. I know that mass produced food is never excellent, but a Big Mac and Fries would have far surpassed what was served onboard. My main was dry and unpleasant and dessert was inedible. My husband’s food gave him a very upset stomach. The entertainment was pretty cringe at times but at least it wasn’t overbearing loud. There was no attempt to mention any of the landmarks as we passed - we used Google maps to work it all out. Save your money, go out for a nice meal and then pop on a river cruise afterwards.

3.00We were somewhat disappointed with this experience given the cost. It can hardly be described as a "cruise" when it goes up and down the same half mile of river for three hours. The food alone was 115 euros per head and was not good. Billed as "four courses", the first "course" was a bit of soggy bread with some olives and a bit of fig on. The soup starter - the chicken was OK, but the "seasonal soup" was barely edible, it was over poweringly cinnamon flavoured. The main wasn't too bad I suppose, though the risotto was more like tapioca and the lamb chops came with tinned peaches and a stack of rocket (no carbs). The pistachio tiramisu was like nothing I have eaten in my life. Tasteless and a very odd texture. All this would be just about acceptable for a forty euro meal. The piano and singer were not to our taste, mangling some well-loved classics, but each to their own I guess. And to top it all it was absolutely BOILING on board. We had to keep going out on deck to cool down. The staff were pleasant.

4.00We booked a window table and were very glad we did. The views were beautiful all along the river. The menu was excellent, with good vegetarian options, but the soup was a bit cold and the lamb was overcooked. Not enough to stop us giving it 4 stars though! The music was lovely but got a little bit too 'audience participation' for our taste in the last 2 or 3 songs. The staff were spot on, really lovely and helpful people. We would do it again!

3.00Would have loved more of a tour and highlights of buildings and locations of note along the water. Food was ok and the biggest issue was the music was way too loud. The pairs I could have been more mood music and 1/4 as loud without singer. Wasn’t worth the $1,100 spent for 6 people. Would not recommend this specific experience

4.00The cruise and food itself was amazing. However we ordered a drink on the waitress recommendation and said we trust her choice. We then found out we got the wrong drink and contacted the waitress since it had different ingredients than expected. We got the other one (which was her recommendation and what we ordered in the first place). They brought us the right drink finally, removed the wrong one, but we still ended up paying for the one they removed and for their mistake. We ended up not giving tips to the crew because of this. Don't blame the customer. Not a fun way to end this otherwise lovely experience.

5.00A really lovely way to spend an evening in the city. Very friendly welcome on board from the staff, a beautiful menu to select from, and a welcome drink on arrival. Two great piano players, and a very entertaining singer performing. The two hours flew by in no time, would definitely recommend.

4.00My husband and I really enjoyed the entertainment on the cruise. Boarding was easy and we were offered our welcome drinks. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the food . I ordered the Pork but it was very dry. My husband ordered the duck but it was too salty. The soup and dessert were okay. I felt they needed more servers, although our server was good I could see she got overwhelmed towards the end of the cruise.
