What To Expect
We'll meet at " secret" location in the middle of the city center, just steps away from the main Serdika metro station. Our place is very unique and it has an authentic and aristocratic style! Elegant music and vintage atmosphere will accompany you while we offer you to taste prime selection of the best Bulgarian meat cold cuts and premium local wine :)! During the tasting you will also hear a lot of stories about our culture and history, this will make your experience very pleasant and memorable :)!

5.00Yonna was a wonderful host and had an interesting range of food and was very knowledgeable. The drink was brilliant too!!! It is well worth booking and she was very helpful I would also recommend you book it at the beginning of your stay as she is a useful person to get tips off of.

4.00After a little confusion over the time and date of the booking and then a hiccup with instructions to get into the venue, the actual experience was great. A warm welcome, excellent array of charcuterie and very palatable wine, all aided by a host who went above and beyond to help with recommendations for sites to visit, restaurants to eat in and wines to look out for. For us a very fruitful first evening activity which has set up the rest of the weekend in Sofia.

2.00We had a quite random experience at this tasting. We got 4 types of cuts and 1 cheese with far too much of each, no story or serious representation of them what so ever and they were not represented by the images selling this tasting with jams, olives etc. Not even worth half the price it cost, very nice female host with some facts about the city but else this experience seemed like a cheap way to trick tourists for money. We walked to a skybar that was recommended after, but it was not open. If you have been to tastings of different kinds earlier like us, we can safely recommend to avoid spending your money on this and for the host we can recommend more types of cuts with less of each, olives, jams etc like the images that sell the tasting, represent them and not interupt with people walking in and out through the session.

5.00Fantastic experience! Rado and Joanna took fantastic care of us, including providing us with a generous plate of food, some delicious wines, and even a lovely finishing bonus of rakia. They were super knowledgeable and kind and had some great tips on visiting Sofia and all of Bulgaria. FYI, the Prime Cuts tour is pretty much a full meal of (strikingly delicious) meat and cheese with a very small selection of wine. If you want a wider selection of wine and a smaller snack, consider the wine tour which I would also expect to be excellent.

5.00I was very satisfied with the selection of traditional Bulgarian cured meats and cheeses, I live in Sofia but I have never found such good things. I went back today to try the Bulgari desserts and was super satisfied. Cool environment and above all a very courteous host. Recommended if you are in Sofia, you will not find homemade and so good desserts.
100% recommend!

Plus the host was so kind and full of information and great recommendations for what to do, see, and eat while here. Conveniently located right in the city center and close to the metro. Only wish I booked it earlier in my trip ❤️

5.00This was my introduction to sofia, as I had just arrived a few hours prior. Rado was fantastic. He runs a hostel and I met him at his bar area. A very cool spot w some unique artistic decor. The prime cuts and cheese were beyond amazing. The spicy sauce was so good I ended up buying his last bottle from him. He was an amazing host and gave me many enjoyable facts about bulgarian cuisine and some reccomendations on places to try. Highly reccomend this tour and I'm sure any other tours that Rado runs is also A+++!!!!
