Our group of three had a fantastic time. Our tour guide, Sol, was amazing—friendly, informative, and very approachable. She always had a big smile that helped brighten the group’s mood. The tour was also great value for the money, allowing us to see and experience so many places in just one day.

If all you want is a ride to all of these locations and a brief 5 min intro, then this tour is for you. I personally expected the tour to include explanations of what we would see and further discussions during the long bus rides. In addition, I was disappointed by the experience at most of these sites. The blue line train ended up not being worth the time, and the temple was overcrowded, making it painful to get around (note that this was during a holiday, so unsurprising - plan accordingly if you can).

Tour guides were very nice and shared a little history of each location. Great way to experience multiple destinations in one day. A bus will pick you up and drive you around and drop you off at the end of the tour. Very convenient.

The problem I had was really with the TOURSTORY Company that offered this tour on September 2024. Reason was that I got sick the night before the tour, I called 2 hours in advance to the Pickup time for initiating the tour, and the 2 persons that answered me in different calls, told me and also to the hotel front desk people that help me to explain them in Korean that I had a terrible stomach problem, that they were going to reimburse to tour cost, but they never did it. Even though, I asked them to change the tour for another day, and they answered me that there were no spaces. At the end, since I made the initial booking through VISA Digital Concierge and VIATOR, all of them were not empathic

We had a very good experience with this tour. We love all the places we visited including the eye-catching temple by the ocean, th blueline train ride, the lunch stop at Cheongsapo with time to explore the little village there and the Daridol skywalk, and later experience the Songdo skywalk with option to ride the cable car, finishing with the remarkable and unique Gamcheon Culture Village. We love what Busan has to offer and we had a nice experience with this full-day tour of Busan.

10/10. Loved our tour guides, DK and Mira! DK was very fun and had a great sense of humor. Mira was very attentive and enthusiastic. They made the tour very enjoyable and we appreciated the brief background of sites we visited. We were given ample amount of time to explore the areas and shop around. I would 100% recommend this tour to friends and family. Also, a bonus, the bus driver was very friendly and a safe, skilled driver!

There was some walking up and down hills. We went on a rainy day so it was slippery. The stops were great and just the right amount of time at each. We especially liked the temple stop and the cultural village. We give the tour 4 stars because it was good. We give our guide, Kang, 5 stars for his ability to keep us on time and keeping track of all of us! He shared some good info along the way and pointed us to a great lunch spot.
