2.00Quite disappointed as been a few times over the years. Less rides seem to operate less animals to see. Stalls empty and unmanned. Took grand kids Got there 11 left at 13.30 felt we wasted our money. Restaurant was going to try as told good closed . Seems to be going downhill. Told customer services the same for management as if not told can't rectify. As over hour trip to get there .won't be going again.
Disappointed first time visit lines too long.

2.00Family of 6 drove there from local hotel to find no signs in where handicap parking was. After turning around a few times we went to the main parking area and waited in a half hour line. That was just the beginning of LINES! The park is very spread out and it was so hot. Ugh the show we went to see was ok the food places closed early. The animals we saw were all sleeping and after all the disappointments we left. We went to Sea World last year same family same month. It was wonderful. Lots to see. Good was much better. So we will not go back.

3.00After the Disney parks this stands out as dated, dirty and grumpy staff. If you're offered the included food deal it's not worth it, you pretty much just get chicken strips and the wait is astronomical. I love roller coasters and there are plenty here and they are excellent. I would come back for the coasters but the rest of the park needs a clean. The animals don't seem to have much space. A lot of children jump into the fast lanes queue jumping once out of sight and nothing is done about it, fortunately the queues weren't to long.

2.00The heat was so crazy, which is expected, but they didn’t have misters or chilled water fountains like at other parks. The rides kept breaking down and we weren’t offered a fast line despite waiting 45 minutes in the heat

2.00Went to the park April 2026. Multiple rides and attractions down for maintenance. The pre purchase ticket system was confusing. The staff was unfriendly and uncaring. Ate lunch at the Dragon Fire grill and was shocked at how unorganized and unprofessional the staff was. Overall the park is a mess and we won’t be back.

1.00We had a really disappointing experience at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Unfortunately, the day got off to a rough start at the entrance. The gate attendant, Mel, came across as unnecessarily difficult and rude—he asked for my ID twice and wasn’t very pleasant to deal with, which set a negative tone right away. What made it worse is that it didn’t seem like an isolated interaction. Right after us, we watched him be similarly difficult with another guest and deliver the news that she had overpaid for something she wasn’t going to receive, with very little empathy. It was uncomfortable to watch and reinforced the impression that customer service at the gate was lacking. On top of that, I was double charged for parking, which was frustrating and time-consuming to deal with. Once inside, the park was extremely crowded, lines were long, and the heat made everything feel even more exhausting. Overall, it ended up being an awful day. Hoping this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely wasn’t what we expected.

1.00Absolutely terrible. They have very limited staff and we literally just stood in lines all day including for food, we ended up getting a refund and leaving. Really disappointed with the entire experience. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
