1.00No shows except for the Seasame Street show, half the park was closed, few animal encounters, the air tram was 5.00pp more , the animal surfari was 20.00 pp more, restaurant food was nasty & cold. Few games open , of course all shops open to sell you things at a high price. TOTAL RIP OFF! I feel angry I spent the $ for 4 people. Ho somewhere else to be satisfied.

3.00We were very disappointed while being in the park ,things are poorly mark, missed seeing certain animals, and events. People couldn't direct us to things we wanted to do. Spent 6 hours there and felt we missed a lot because of poor signage and incompetence of giving directions .Won't be back

1.0035 USD for car parking is just a RIPP OFF. If you then sit on the tram bringing you to the entrance you are forced to inhale the terrible diesel fumes from the tram engine. Security at park entry said alcohol is not allowed in the park so I said OK and agreed to take out the beer can in my back pack when entering the park. Later we experienced you can just buy beer in the park for 13,99 USD another RIPP OFF and security just telling lies to customers. Several attractions and restaurants closed the day of our visit. For lockers and Skyride additional money is asked : again RIPPING OFF off visitors. Elmo show was the only one on the day of our visit. Extremely poor storyline, not inspiring at all, Luckily the kids didn't notice. The seats in the Safari had sharp blisters of rust on them posing a huge risk for people and children getting hurt and getting a tetanus infection. Washrooms in the park are old and disgustingly dirty. Employees are not friendly and when they are it is pure fake you experience from there body language. Luckily this park takes better care of its animals then it does for its customers. Such a bad experience : we will never visit this park again and will everyone we know strongly advise not to do so. This thing should be closed immediately, can not understand Sea World group allows their customers to be ripped off this way.

5.00Fantastic day out. Something for everyone. Minimal queues which is great in the heat. Rides were brilliant, lots of animals to see. Friendly staff who were informative. We spent all day there and needed longer so will definitely be back! A few rides weren't running but didn't spoil the day - something to look forward to next time We would recommend the dinner pass.

4.00Went during the week in October, so was quieter than normal and wish we hadn't bought our Quick Queue passes as didn't really need them. We were there for the coasters and loved all we tried, especially SheiKra. The only negative was THE STAFF, many of whom had super miserable faces and clearly thought we were an annoyance rather than the people paying their wages! There were many examples of this during our visit and one young lad (short with longish blondish hair) running the Kumba ride literally kicked open the Quick Queue gate for us TWICE! I nearly lost my cool with him as he kicked it so hard the second time it rebounded and nearly hit my wife, but he caught it just in time and we were about to leave, which we were happy to do after several hours of begrudging service! I might take my family again, but suggest BGdns hires some undercover customers and sacks some of the miserable staff we met...either you wanna work there or find another job, simple as that.

4.00Apprehensive after reading some recent poor reviews on here but we had the multi ticket from Discovery Cove so just decided to go for it. 2 adults, 3 children (12,12,9) and we had an amazing day. We were at Epic yesterday - long queues and medium intensity rollercoasters - but today.. minimal queues and huuuge high thrill coasters. Sam on the tiger tour was really informative and engaging, we loved it. I feel confident that they really look after their animals after hearing about behind the scenes. Only 4 stars because it does look a bit tired and sad in places, and a couple of big rides were down for the day but overall we had a great time and would highly recommend. 4/5 of us preferred it to our day at Epic. Food is notably expensive.

4.00Came here for a cruise getaway with my man and had a blast. I've never seen anything like it! We did the animal encounters and had fun. Felt like 10 minutes but it was so worth it. Lines were also not too bad! Loved the spooky stuff for Halloween.
Need to greatly improve the organization and service

4.00The park is beautiful, the Russian mountains are great, but the park's care is not good. The bathrooms were dirty, the staff of the restaurants with their faces closed and the staff of the toys working with a lot of unwillingness. Disorganized and tumultuous ranks. The exchange time in Iron Gwazi, for example, exceeded 220 seconds in all the exchanges we witnessed. It is lacking more staff to organize better. And they could also offer free locker, as this delays the progress of the queues, since the employees let users come in with the bags and only when it comes in the cart is that they warn you can not take. This delays progress considerably.
