  As a part time but disabled photographer it was very important to be able to access areas of the island which would otherwise be unavailable to me . The taxi driver, Simone was always on time and really helpful and always delightful. Simone was provided by First Class Taxi service based in Malta were exactly that. Always helpful, punctual and willing to go the extra mile. As a consequence of this service I have some amazing photos which would not otherwise had the joy of taking.   It is a very simple and comfortable way to get to the airport. Nice driver. Note that traffic can be very tight.

  The service was perfect. I was informed about everything and this gave me confidence. The driver was punctual and very nice. I recommend It and I Will repeat if I come back to Malta!

  Placed an order for a taxi to the airport the night before. We thought along with us about the suitable departure time due to the traffic congestion. The driver was neat on time, and even fifteen minutes "too early" to get ahead of the crowds. The driver was very friendly and polite. Furthermore, he drove well and we arrived safely and on time at the airport. Definitely recommended!

  This fantastic company sent me a lovely female driver called Simone. I thought this was so kind of them, Simone looked after me beautifully and even helped me find a convenience store when I got to Malta so that I wouldn’t have to do this alone in the dark. I honestly can’t recommend the company highly enough. Outstanding service.

  I arrived at the airport in the afternoon, and for once decided to take a taxi as I had never been there before. I went to the booth at the airport, queued and paid 20 euros to get to St Julian. First I had to wait at least 30 minutes with 20 other persons as there was a lot of demand. Then, a taxi driver came in and seeing I was alone, decided to take another person in the taxi without even asking me if I minded ! He decided to drop first the gentleman who was with me, as he was in a 5 star hotel, and he did not know where was the address I showed him in writing. He spoke only to this gentleman, ignoring me completely. We dropped the gentleman and he contacted his colleagues to find exactly where I was going, he was screaming all the time and I don't speak Maltese, but I can recognise when people are talking about me ! He was not event talking, he was shouting and I had 20 minutes of that, turned back and asked if I had a GPS, which I don't have. He is the taxi driver, not me. When he finally dropped me at the place of my accomodation, he actually turned to me and demanded (not asked !, demanded) a good tip. I simply said NO and turned away. It left me very angry and poisonned the first two days I spent in Malta. So rude !! If this is the way they welcome tourists, I won't come back ! that's exactly what I thought. I loved my stay in Malta and decided to come back eventually, but I will NEVER use the Malta Taxis from the airport AGAIN !! and if you have some sense, you won't do it either ! book a volt or an Uber on your phone, but don't put up with being insulted ! I have taken hundreds of taxis in my life and it's my worst experience EVER
