There's nothing more memorable than having gone on this walk with Jay! I've lived in Toronto for a decade and now feel like I'm living in a whole new city. The streets that I walk on every day now have meaning and history that I would have never imagined. The stories are very well researched and thoroughly entertaining. The walk was eventful and I feel like I got a bit of a work out in along the 4 kilometer route. I would highly recommend going on this tour and can't wait for In Colour Tours to announce another walk so I can go on that as well!

This tour was great, we couldn't have learned so much about the neighborhood by ourselves. Our guide Jay did a lot of research and explained the history of the city and the area in a very unique way, with some humour and personal touch. It starts from the foundation of Toronto (York), through the years until nowadays, so you learn a lot about all relevant periods that shaped the city. Lots of fun facts along the way. I definetely recommend this tour to anyone, both for tourists who had never been in Cabbagetown, but also for locals that wish to learn more about the city.

The tour with Jay was amazing! Not your average tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fun, and showed us many great spots that would otherwise have passed by unnoticed. This is a must if you want to learn more about Toronto. He also had many recommendations for places to eat, be sure to ask him!

Jay was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. I liked he had notes to keep the information consistent. He had done a lot of research and that was obvious. The timing was right on. It was a good pace, not rushed. Highly recommend you go. Toronto is a big city with so much to learn. Take the time to hear the history and the hidden stories.

This was a great tour and very informative. Jay, our tour guide, was so nice, thorough, and funny. Hello did a great job connecting people and events and we walked through Cabbagetown and over to Riverdale. Jay was very engaging and you can tell he enjoys giving the tour.
