The Hurghada to Cairo day trip by flight was honestly one of the best experiences we had during our vacation in Egypt. Everything was perfectly organized from the hotel pickup to the airport assistance and the full tour in Cairo. Flying instead of driving saved so much time and made the whole experience much more comfortable. Visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum was absolutely breathtaking, especially seeing the incredible ancient treasures and massive statues up close. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained the history in a very engaging and professional way. The pyramids were even more impressive in real life and the entire day felt magical from beginning to end. The Hurghada to Cairo day trip by flight is definitely worth every penny for anyone wanting to explore Cairo comfortably in one day.

I took the plane to Cairo for a day. Booked with Tripadvisor, the day was taken care of to perfection. I had a private guide and driver, could see everything at my leisure and there was a lot of explanation in the museum of Egypt's historical culture. The lunch was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the food very good. I'm glad I booked this day. Wouldn't have missed it for the world. So Tripadvisor thanks for this very well cared for and above all very beautiful day

From the moment we boarded the early morning flight from Hurghada, we knew this day would be something special. The excitement built as we flew over the desert, watching the sunrise paint the sky in gold. When we landed in Cairo, our guide Mr. Yasser was waiting for us with a warm smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Our first stop was the New Egyptian Museum, and stepping inside felt like walking into a world of ancient wonders. Every hall told a story, and thanks to Mr. Yasser’s passion and knowledge, each artifact felt alive. He shared secrets, legends, and moments from history that made us see Egypt in a completely new way. Then came the moment we had been waiting for standing before the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. It was surreal. No photos could ever prepare us for how majestic and timeless they are. We walked around in awe, taking in every detail, letting the history sink in. For lunch, we enjoyed a delicious open buffet, full of rich flavors and fresh dishes that gave us the perfect break before continuing our adventure. The entire day felt like a journey through time. Everything was organized perfectly, and thanks to the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Yasser, the experience became truly unforgettable. A day we will remember forever. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hurghada!

Best day ever! AZ Travel Egypt picked us up at 5 AM in a comfy van, flew us to Cairo in 1 hour, and took our group of 6 straight to the Pyramids and Sphinx no lines, perfect photos. Our guide Mina was funny, smart, and full of stories. Lunch was tasty (real Egyptian food with pyramid view), then the Grand Egyptian Museum—Tut’s gold mask, mummies, everything! We saw it all without rushing. Back in Hurghada by 7 PM, just in time for dinner. Flights, tickets, food, water all included for $280. Easy, fun, unforgettable. Thank you AZ Travel 5 stars

Just back in Hurghada after the most exhilarating, perfectly paced day in Cairo, and I’m still riding the high of pharaohs, pyramids, and pure wonder. AZ Travel Egypt turned the “impossible” day trip into a seamless masterpiece—small group (only 6 of us!), zero stress, maximum awe. If you’re on the Red Sea and craving Cairo’s magic, this is the tour. 5:00 AM pickup from my Sahl Hasheesh resort in a pristine Mercedes Sprinter—leather seats, ice-cold AC, free Wi-Fi, and a breakfast box (fresh croissants, fruit, and karkadeh juice). Our guide Mina hopped in with a grin and a tablet full of 3D pyramid models—game on. The 1-hour EgyptAir flight (included!) was smoother than my morning coffee. Landed at 7:15 AM, greeted by Mina holding iced lattes like a mind reader. Straight to Giza—we beat the heat and the hordes. Mina timed entry to the Great Pyramid’s King’s Chamber perfectly (optional, do it!). Standing inside 4,500-year-old stone while he explained the air shafts to Orion gave me chills. Sphinx up close, camel ride with the plateau as a backdrop—Mina’s photos are now my phone wallpaper. Lunch? Pyramid-view perfection: a rooftop spot with sizzling kofta, stuffed pigeon, and molten Umm Ali—no buffet chaos, just flavor. Then: the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Holy Anubis. Mina led us through the sun-drenched atrium where Tutankhamun’s 5,300+ treasures reunite under one roof. The golden mask glowed like the sun; the inner coffin (solid gold!) left us speechless. He translated live hieroglyphs from a papyrus, showed us the Khufu Ship in its futuristic hall, and even snuck us into the AR reconstruction lab—I “walked” inside a virtual tomb. Mind officially blown. By 4:00 PM, we were wheels-up. Landed in Hurghada at 6:30 PM—sunset on the Red Sea with a heart full of eternity. Price: $285 pp — includes round-trip flights, all entries (GEM premium + pyramid interior), lunch, AC transport, and Mina’s wizardry. No upselling, bottled water all day, police escort through checkpoints. To AZ Travel Egypt: you’ve cracked the code on the perfect day trip. To future travelers: book this now. Request Mina. Bring a power bank (you’ll take 500 photos). Five stars? This was a time machine with wings. Pro tip: Ask Mina about the “pyramid graffiti” from Napoleon’s soldiers—priceless.

Just touched down in Hurghada after the most perfectly executed day trip to Cairo, and I’m still buzzing. This travel agency turned a tight schedule into pure magic flawless logistics, zero stress, and a front-row seat to 5,000 years of history. If you’re on the Red Sea and think Cairo is “too far for a day,” think again—this tour proves it’s not only possible, it’s unforgettable. Picked up at 5:15 AM sharp from my Hurghada hotel in a comfy, air-conditioned van. Ten minutes to the airport, then a smooth 01 hr EgyptAir flight (included!) with coffee and pastries served on board. Landed in Cairo at 7:30 AM, greeted by our guide Mina a walking encyclopedia with charm for days. Straight to the Giza Plateau. Mina timed it perfectly: we beat the heat and the crowds. Stood inside the Great Pyramid (optional entry, do it!), marveled at the Sphinx up close, and even caught a quick camel ride with the pyramids as a backdrop. Mina’s storytelling? Cinema-level. He explained how the pyramid’s stones were quarried 800 km away, then pointed out the faint outline of the original casing stones details I’d never have noticed. Lunch was a highlight: a pyramid-view restaurant serving sizzling kebabs, creamy hummus, and ice-cold hibiscus juice. No rushed buffet—this felt like a proper meal. Then: the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Mind. Blown. This isn’t just a museum it’s a pharaonic cathedral. Mina led us through the sunlit atrium where Tutankhamun’s entire treasure gleams under one roof for the first time ever. We saw the golden mask, the solid gold coffin, the chariots, even the king’s underwear all 5,300+ pieces. The Khufu Solar Boat floats in a futuristic hall like it’s ready to sail. Interactive screens, 3D reconstructions, and Mina translating live hieroglyphs made it feel like stepping into a documentary. By 4:30 PM, we were back at Cairo Airport. Flight departed on time, landed in Hurghada at 6:45 PM—just in time to catch the Red Sea sunset with a cold Stella in hand. you’ve mastered the impossible day trip. To future travelers: book this now. Request Mina. Bring a power bank (you’ll take 200 photos). Five stars isn’t enough this was a time machine with wings. Insider tip: Ask Mina to show you the “worker’s graffiti” inside the pyramid priceless.

I recently took a full-day excursion from Hurghada to Cairo by plane, and let me tell you, it was the absolute highlight of my entire trip to Egypt As a huge history enthusiast, I was eager to see the pyramids and the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Honestly, I thought cramming all of that into one day from Hurghada would be a challenge until this tour made everything flow so smoothly and beautifully. The day began on a relaxed note with a hassle-free pickup from my resort in Hurghada at dawn. We quickly made our way to the airport for a smooth one-hour flight to Cairo no long, bumpy bus rides, just comfortable travel that let us make the most of our time. Once we landed, our guide, Ahmed, welcomed us with his vibrant energy and impressive knowledge. His enthusiasm for ancient Egypt transformed Transforming every fact into a captivating story truly brings the sites to life. We kicked off our adventure at the iconic Giza Plateau, where the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx left me utterly speechless. Taking a camel ride (which I highly recommend) provided the perfect opportunity for some stunning photos against the desert backdrop. For lunch, we enjoyed a delightful spread at a scenic overlook, featuring fresh falafel, koshari, and grilled meats way better than I had anticipated for a group tour. But the real showstopper was the Grand Egyptian Museum. Wow this place is a game changer Spanning over 1 million square meters, it's the world's largest archaeological museum, housing 100,000+ artifacts, including Tutankhamun's entire tomb collection under one massive atrium skylight. Our guided tour dove deep into the exhibits, from the Rosetta Stone replicas to the golden sarcophagi, with plenty of time to wander the interactive displays. Ahmed's insights on the museum's eco-friendly design and its role in repatriating artifacts added layers I wouldn't have gotten on my own. By late afternoon, we were back on the plane to Hurghada, arriving just in time for sunset cocktails by the Red Sea. The whole operation ran like clockwork: punctual flights, air-conditioned transport, and a small group (only 8 of us) for that personal touch. At around $250 per person, it was worth every penny for the value combining world-class sights, expert guidance, and zero logistics headaches. If you're in Hurghada and craving Cairo's magic without the multi day commitment, book this tour NOW. It's not just a day trip it's a time machine to pharaohs glory. Five stars aren't enough thank you for an epic adventure!
