Your experienced guide negotiates steep switchbacks and rugged tracks along the White Rim Road to take you to stunning vistas such as Gooseneck Overlook. Ron picked us up and gave us a tour of Canyonlands we will never forget. It was unlike anything we’d seen on our own from the overlooks because we were deep in the canyons. He drove over boulders and on narrow, very high cliffs with switchbacks that made our legs weaken just from looking, but added to the thrill of the day! He was an interesting and safe guide. He pointed out the unique landscapes, shared historical information and welcomed tons of questions. The vehicle is high up and he had a stool to help some of us get in and out. We enjoyed him and the scenery and would recommend this tour to those who aren’t afraid of heights! A half day is plenty and the morning was a perfect time to go considering the sun’s position for photos. The rounded out our visit to Canyonlands perfectly. We left feeling like we had seen much more than we would have on our own.
