As mentioned in the description, this tour is quite a long one! But, if you are keen on seeing a bit of everything Cairns and the surrounding region has to offer, then this is a great way to do it! Mario was my tour guide and was so knowledgeable on the area. He made sure we stayed on schedule and did a fantastic job pointing out the wildlife along the way. Our group was fortunate enough to spot 2 cassowaries and their babies, which was one of my highlights as well as the beach at Cape Tribulation! My recommendation is to be sure to bring a refillable water bottle and some snacks to stay energized! All in all, I'd highly recommend this tour if you want to check two national parks off your list while in Cairns and are up for a jam packed experience! Thank you again to Mario!

This tour was a great way to see a what the area has to offer. Mossman Gorge with tea made for a good morning adventure. Lunch was delicious. Driving through the rainforest with the stop at Cape Tribulation was such a cool experience. We were lucky enough to see two Cassowaries with babies. Our guide Mario really made the day! I highly recommend this tour if you want to pack as much is possible on one day.

We had a lovely time during our tour with Scotty- the amount of knowledge he has of plants, animals, and all things rainforest was truly incredible. Keep in mind this is a very long day, covering a lot of territory, with a lot of stops on and off the bus. If 11-12 hours of that doesn’t sound like fun to you, then pick a different tour. I will also mention if your expectations are to spend hours. at each location, this also won’t happen and you should pick a different tour. This is a good way to see a lot of different places for small snippets of time. That said, we were prepared for this therefore everything met our expectations and the views/day truly exceeded them. The lunch was delicious (you get options of chicken, fish, steak, some game animals, or vegetarian- and also some tropical fruits with a short presentation about them at the restaurant). We were able to see a few crocodiles on our Daintree River Cruise and a couple interesting insects during our walk through the forest near Cape Tribulation. We also enjoyed a brief dip at Mossman Gorge (the water was cold but swimming possible if that’s your thing). We were picked up and dropped off on time and truly enjoyed it. I would recommend packing some snacks or a small sandwich with you as lunch happens early in the day and besides an ice cream stop there are quite a few hours you may get a little hungry. Overall great day exploring Daintree area and Scotty was an amazing guide!

The day we happened to go the bridge to the rainforest was closed and being power washed. America had no chance of seeing wildlife. The views were nice at the stops. It was a pleasant day and for everyone else who comes you get to walk on a clean bridge. If you see wildlife send me pics because I didn’t see any.
