A good trip and our guide Loz was great fun. However it's important to note it's a HUGE amount of time in the minibus and very little time in the different locations. It might be better to explore the rainforest yourself if and you'd be able to make more stops and see a bit more. The lunch provided was very tasty.

This tour takes you to all the places mentioned. Sadly it doesn’t give you much time at each place. For example at Mossman gorge visitor centre after swimming (for which we were allocated a max of 10 minutes) we were told we had 6 minutes to change and to look around the centre, use the toilet and visit the shop. At the ice-cream stop we could buy but were told to eat the ice creams in the bus to the next stop. At the amazing cape tribulation beach we were given just 15 minutes to walk on the beach, then walk to the lookout point. It meant quite a rush. We paid for the premium tour but seemed to move at the same pace and eat in the same place as the bigger bus tour. Not sure what the ‘premium’ benefit was.

One day means a lot of driving and relatively speedy stops. If I were to do again would go for a 2 day tour we didn’t see any of the falls etc. Our tour guide was fabulous though great stories and info and the lunch was truly delicious.

The tour was good but Kuranda is better if you can't do both. The road was very bumpy and there were a lot of speed humps, we felt them all. On the walk and river cruise we only saw a lizard, flying foxes and a few bugs so that was disappointing. Our guide was very knowledgeable particularly on the animals and fauna and that made it interesting even though we saw little animal life.

Fantastic updates and info prior to trip. Prompt pick up. Our driver/guide, was Lawrence, who was upbeat, funny and knowledgeable throughout the day. He got us to places before others it seemed, so never felt pressured. Loved the gorge, daintree village and cape tribulation. A long day, with lots of driving, but well worth the effort. And we saw a wild cassowary! Highly recommend- thanks Lawrence!
