You will have the opportunity to touch, open and taste a variety of fresh and seasonal fruits, discovering how they are enjoyed by locals, and you will try ice cream made from these fruits.
In addition, you will learn how to prepare and taste a delicious ice cream, thus completing this unique experience.

What To Expect
This experience is designed for groups of two to 10 people. For one hour we will explore the natural treasures that the earth offers us. You will have the opportunity to learn about the origin and characteristics of at least five representative local fruits, along with some seasonal ones. Our expert guide will take you through a tasting of fresh and juicy fruits and as a final touch, we invite you to participate in the preparation and tasting of a delicious artisanal ice cream made in a bronze pot, using an ancestral technique. It is also an opportunity to meet other people who, like you, are looking to try new experiences.

5.00I had an amazing time on this fruit tasting tour. We were able to sample a huge variety of fruits, including several I had never even heard of before, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Our guide, Wendy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate, explaining how each fruit is grown and how the locals consume it. She was very knowledgeable about Colombia as a whole and the experience did not feel touristy, rather it was someone sharing their culture and customs. This was a fun, educational, and delicious highlight of my trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys trying new foods.

5.00Colombians loves their fruit and this session helps you understand why. We thought we already knew most of the country's offerings but Wendy opened our eyes. The room at El Arsenal was beautiful and peaceful. We tasted about 6-8 fruits, including 3-4 fruits we knew little about, and reassessed some fruits we thought we knew. Then we made ice cream.

5.00Excellent tasting! We tasted 15 different fruits, a lot of ice cream and on top of that we also had some rum and chocolate tasting. Alejandra was the most enthusiastic and nice guide. She took a lot of time, knew a lot and was also very interested. Would really recommend doing this tasing!
