On this 90 minute historic, ghostly walking tour in uptown Charlotte you'll be guided by lantern light, listening to the stories and haunts of local history. Explore the sites where some of Uptown's departed inhabitants are said to still linger. See some of Charlotte's famous and sometimes infamous landmarks, and learn how the ghostly past has shaped the city of Charlotte today.

What To Expect
Fourth Ward
We go back into the 4th ward of Charlotte stopping at known haunts along the way. 1st public hospital in the state, old NC medical college, stories of gold mines and tunnels, as well as a few of the most haunted houses in Charlotte
Old Settlers Cemetery
We will enter the cemetery and tell you a lot of the spooky history that surrounds it.

5.00Absolutely wonderful! Elizabeth was incredibly theatrical and great at building suspense with her storyline. There was so much everyone in my family learned, from haint blue to Lincoln being assassinated to America’s first gold rush. I would highly recommend this tour, not only for the spooky stories but also for a chance to learn a lot about Charlotte itself!
