1.00The tour guide did not follow the itinerary and we didn't visit the places described. The visit yo the mosque was perfect but all the operator did was drop us off there and other guides took over. The tour went downhill from there. The guide was getting angry at our questions, there were ,8 of us on the bus, and it was very, very uncomfortable. We all decided as a group to cut our losses and just all get dropped off at the cruise shuttle bus stop. The driver Joseph was great, but he was at the mercy of the your leader.

5.00Before arrival our cruise itinerary changed and we were due to arrive two days later. I went online and was able to change the date very easily with no extra cost. We were met at the agreed meeting point in the square having caught the shuttle bus from the port. Our vehicle was a very smart , 8 seater car and we were a small group of 6. At the mosque we were included in a larger group with a local guide. It seemed a bit large to begin with but actually worked well and the guide was very good. The mosque is absolutely amazing and should not be missed if you visit Casablanca. The driver also took us on a tour around the city and was happy to change the itinerary as requested by the group. A much better small group experience and half the cost of the excursion offered by the ship. Would definitely recommend.

5.00We had booked a private tour of Casablanca. We were really looking forward to the tour. The communications during the booking was helpful. On the morning of the tour our driver/guide reached out to us on WhatsApp. However, our cruise ship could not dock in Casablanca because of a port closure. I contacted Premium Transfers and Tours and informed them of the situation and asked for a refund … it was promptly processed. We had heard other tours booked through a larger booking group did not get refunds. So even though we could not go on our tour, I still rating them 5 out of 5.

5.00Our guide - Migah (spelling ?) and driver were good, his knowledge was excellent and they were very accomodating in making the tour as we wanted it. Communications from them as we were being met (and, as we were early, being approached by many others trying to get us to take their tour instead!) were clear and welcome. An enjoyable day!

5.00This was an Excellent tour with our limited time to see the sites in Casa Blanca. Our driver Youssef and guide Mmajid were amazing! Very nice and comfortable vehicle 15 person van. I highly recommend this tour!
