Tangier Casbah
This recently refurbished museum is housed in the former sultan's palace of Dar El Makhzen. The focus is on the history of the area from prehistoric times to the 19th century.
Medina of Tangier
The medina, the top attraction of Tangier, is a labyrinth of alleyways both commercial and residential. It's contained by the walls of a 15th-century Portuguese fortress, although most buildings are actually relatively young for a Moroccan medina.

Driver Monsef was excellent. He took us to Pettit, Sacco, Cap Spartel &, Hercules caves. At place Di 9 Avril 1947 we were handed off to Foaud who gave us an excellent tour of the Tanger Medina, and the Kasbah. We were not offered the opportunity to go into the Kasbah museum, no explanation given. Overall, very informative day with easy transfers from hotel to train station, and bullet train ride.

Local guide for the walking tour is very knowledgeable and pointed out interesting things to us. Also, the restaurant he brought us for lunch is an excellent choice. The only complaint I have is the car that was too small for five adults.

My guide Sami was a wealth of knowledge. It was a very informative tour. He and the drivers were very pleasant and welcoming. I gave it 4 stars bcs the operator booked the speed train economy seats and with my back to the travel direction (both ways). He also wanted me to pay to change my ticket to an earlier time. I changed it for free. Still the tour itself was great.

Great to see the countryside from the train. Love the view of the strait of gibraltar and the rock of gibraltar. Beautiful city on the coast.

Excellent driver, focused on key areas, walking tour guide lacked personality and enthusiasm. Tangier has some interesting but other Morocco destination provide a bigger bang for the buck.

Full day with lots of walking. Admission fee not included for some activities, Hercules Cave. Guide very flexible with requests.

The tour was good right up until the point that I realised the tour guide was only taking me to his friends' places to eat and shop. Very disappointing.

Best Bullet train in North Africa. The last time I visited Tangier was 15 years ago. Now that Morocco offers Bullet train Casablanca to Tangier on the hour. This is the most comfortable train in all of North Africa. The government of this Kingdom has worked very hard to improve transportation in all forms including taxi, bus all have been upgraded. These are very cost effective to tourist and locals.

High speed train is the best way to Tangier. The trains & stations are modern and easy to navigate. The drivers were well organized with pick up from hotel to the Casa Voyager station, ensuring we had our train tickets, and pick up at the Tangier station, keeping us on schedule and back to the hotel. The first two hours in Tangier are a rapid exploration of the coast, including the Cap Spartel lighthouse, the meeting point of the Atlantic Ocean & Mediterranean Sea and the “Cave of Hercules”. All to stay on schedule and have time to explore the Tangier markets and Kasbah. Lunch was a very tasty exploration of Moroccan food. Tangier is remarkably green, clean and relaxing. Nice to rest on the train ride back to Casablanca. It was a day to remember.

Excellent tour with informed guides and smooth transitions between them and different modes of transport. The medina and restaurant were superb and a brief stop for Argan oil very appreciated.
