Important Note on Fansipan Ticket: The Fansipan attraction tickets are not included in the tour price. Guests will purchase them directly at the official Fansipan ticket counter, with assistance from our guide. The approximate combined ticket price for the full Fansipan experience (Monorail, Cable Car, Summit Funicular, and Buffet) is around VND 1,450,000–1,500,000 per adult, depending on the day and season.. For travelers’ convenience, an image of the official ticket price board has been included in the photo gallery for easy reference before booking.

5.00I had such a wonderful experience with our tour guide Yao in Sapa. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire trip, and everything went so smoothly because of her. One of the biggest things that helped was her amazing language skills. She speaks English, Vietnamese, and Hmong, which made communication so easy between me, the locals, and especially my grandparents who only speak Hmong. It really made the experience feel more personal and comfortable for my family. Yao went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying ourselves the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she guides. I’m so grateful we had her and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Sapa!

5.00Had the best time exploring Sapa with Yao! She was honestly such an amazing guide — super sweet, patient, and made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun. She completely did the tour at my pace, never rushed me once, and let me spend as much time as I wanted at Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and Moana Sapa. She also took the BEST photos of me and literally guided me on how to pose so every picture came out amazing 😂 Honestly felt like I had a personal photographer and tour guide in one! What really stood out was how caring and thoughtful she was. She genuinely went out of her way to help me and made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Sapa, I 100% recommend Yao — you’ll have the best time with her ❤️

4.00Enjoyed the trip and our guide was very informative. The only disappointment was that l had originally booked for 2 people and sent an email to clarify Whall had booked and was confirmed that there would be no additional costs. Unfortunately when l was picked up l was told that the buffet lunch and the train were not included in my booking so this would be extra. It was an additional $151 AUS for 2 people. Just be more careful when booking as it is very misleading.

4.00May met us at the Stone Church and we piled in the van for an action packed day of cultural education of the people of Cat Cat village, a local musical show, unlimited photo ops at Moana and Cat Cat village, a thrilling tube ride slide, a train ride, buffet lunch and a cable car ride to the top. If you can determine if it will be a clear day (we did this tour on April 20th) or not before you fully book the activity I would suggest that. We were fogged in which limited the views quite a bit. But, we still enjoyed May's magnetic personality (and she can't control the weather) and her knowledge of the "tribes" in the area. She is an excellent picture taker, too, which allowed both of us to be in the picture.

5.00This was a great day trip, Yao (our guide) was fantastic, she was really knowledgeable, spoke super clear English, took so many great pictures of us (including my favourite of the whole trip) and really looked after us throughout the day ❤️
