It was easy to get our tickets for our morning cruise. The cruiser is well maintained and clean. Plenty of seating to see the points of interest. The trip up the gorge was very interesting, and the commentary was good.

Very good from the moment we boarded with an enthusiastic younger 'captain' who had not been in the job for that long BUT he was very informed & volunteered all sorts of great facts. Beautiful day: taken to the 3 rivers including The Gorge area (fascinating history). Took about 50 minutes: timing spot on for this type of cruise: we went on the 10.30am which was not packed: they have these hourly. Great value for money and again another super Viator outing on our travels. Well worth the time & money whilst you are in Launceston. We rate this highly

Good explanation about the surroundings, good customer services. The advertisement should be done on $AU only, doing it in $US is misleading, as I end up paying more.

My wife and I thought this was well organised, and well executed. Very informative and friendly Captain 👨✈️ who will even rescue a hat overboard. Worth every dollar.

Such a stunning and informative cruise along the Tamar River. The guide delivers an in depth history of Launceston, some well-known historic figures of Launceston and other natural attractions and features, that will keep you engaged and amazed.

I found it very Interesting coming from Hobart. The rise and fall of the tide blew us away. The Harry O May that came to Hobart when the bridge went down. Wonder what happen to her after she finished the Bruny Island crossing.

It gives you a good look up and down the river and takes you into the first part of the. Cataract Gorge (note to get to the main part you have to either drive or walk in) - so worth it, we almost made the mistake of not driving over … the First Basin is by far the spectacular part of the gorge. Commentary on the tour was informative and interesting - with some humor injected. Good way to spend 50 mins - especially on a sunny day!
