Please note that you picked us up at the hotel 2 hours before our scheduled tour which only took 30 minutes to drive here. Harrison Cave via Chukka Tours flipped our tour to start at 9:30 on the tram and then the zip line at 11:00. The customer service indicated that we could take a 1:30 shuttle bus back to the Rockley hotel which in fact turns out there is only a 2:30 shuttle back to the hotel. They took an hour to try to resolve the issue but basically offered us no recourse. We are now wasting our second to last day in Barbados waiting 2 hours for the shuttle bus back. This is unacceptable and this review will be posted all over every social media page related to Barbados as a warning to other travelers. It’s unfortunate that the amount of money we spent for this tour ended with such a sour note. Iris Dianna

Thus is a great tour! My daughter and her friend enjoyed zip lining. So did I. The tram ride through the cave was awesome as well. We were able to eat a quick lunch in between each event. The facilities are well taken care of.

Monkey zip line was well organised and staff made us feel very comfortable. Ricco + Troy helped attach my GoPro and were enthusiastic! Our cave tour was delayed and the lady leading us to the cave was a little disengaged and looked disorganised but once we began the tour we had a really nice time seeing and hearing about the cave. The highlight was the cathedral room and our guides love for the caves.

This tour was very unorganized. There was a huge lack of communication between staff members and they couldn’t answer questions that the quest had about starting times. The zip lining crew was great though!!
