What To Expect
Cave tubing and Ziplining from San Pedro Cave tubing and Ziplining from San Pedro: This adventure-filled combo tour will depart from La Isla Bonita San Pedro by the sea on San Pedro Belize Express water ferry or by air on Maya Island Air; the choice is yours. Our guides will meet you upon mainland arrival in Belize City before heading west in air-conditioned comfort on paved roads for a 45-minute drive towards Jaguar Paw. Once at the outpost, you will meet your tour guides who will issue inflatable tubes, headlamps, and life vests. You’ll be given a basic orientation and safety briefing before heading off on a 30-minute hike which includes wading through a few knee-deep water streams. Don’t let the hike worry you though; as it’s mostly on flat terrain, it is enjoyable and informative. It’s shaded by the rainforest canopy and our tour guides will point out flora and fauna noteworthy to the area.

5.00Paul was our guide for the day on this Belize adventure. He was friendly, informative and made us feel as if we had known him for years The activities were amazing—zip line through jungle, over river with great operators Dani and Victor strapping us in and catching us at each point. Followed by hike up to limestone cave tubing through and down river with Paul. Had great pineapple/Rum drinks at the end. Last stop for lunch at a small outdoor place. Paul got us back to airport in time for flight back to San Pedro. We are in our late 60s—this all-day adventure was outside our “normal” comfort zone but we always felt we were in good, competent hands. You will not be disappointed by choosing this activity.

5.00Our tour guide Paul was awesome! He had amazing knowledge of the country and history. He set us up perfectly in the cave tubing and knew exactly how to offer the perfect amount of history and information without disturbing the beauty and peace of the experience. I will be telling my friends to ask for Paul!!
