From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

1.00This “outfit” canceled our booking while we were on the tender 45 minutes before we were to leave. They say it was because of rough seas, but everywhere we went around the island people were snorkeling. I have no reason as to why they would’ve canceled this booking,, let alone on such short notice, but they left us at the mercy of whatever skanky tourist rip offs were at the dock. We ended up on a tour that took us to every tourist trap on the island. I would never again book with this company as they have absolutely no loyalty to you as a customer or to supplying alternatives for people that they cancel on at the last minute. Run do not walk away from this outfit. Never schedule anything with them.

1.00We booked stingray city, starfish point and coral gardens via Get Your Guide. Then end of February I get an email from Next experience that they do no longer business with get your guide. If we wanted the excursion we had to book via another agent or directy with them. Which I did, received a ticket with the pick up point. Because we were on a cruise, the pick up was at the public entrance of the cruise terminal. Unfortunately no guide showed up. I made a call to the phone number on the ticket, no reply! Emails, no reply! Until I escalate via Paypall. The I get the message that we did not follow the directions to go to an office 8 min walk from the terminal and hence did not show, but we never got those directions and had only the ticket pick up. I asked for prove of the directions but then again no response. I say don’t book with them, unreliable!!! Looking at Get Your Guide, it is still possible to book! For just a few dollars extra they mislead you!!

4.00Transport provided from our hotel was appreciated, boat clean and all staff were great! I would recommend this tour. The starfish stop at the end was a bit anticlimactic. The stingray experience was amazing! Definitely a must do while in Cayman!
